Like them lots! Needed a Narrower wet season tire for the muck and grime of Portlands Forest Park, and these fit the bill. They have preformed well over the last few weeks on multiple rides. Forest Park is a gritty, grimy, and slippery muck, Not a cake, sticky, paste. Yet it gets all over you, and your ride, the softer sections are slick/slippery, just not tire clogging... the Ultra Bites have worked great for me, lots of confidence night riding with minimal lights in the wet raining slippery goodness. Don't notice any dragginess when on the Pavement transit to access the dirt, gravel. Running at about 27-30 psi 150 pond rider
Grabbed a pair of these for the gritty loose mud we have in the greater Portland, Forest Pack. Its a mix of gritty, sandy, soft and slippery, but no cake, no paste, doesn't really stick or clog, yet it coats you and your bike with grime... Splash guards reduce some.... the Ultra Bites have been great so far. Multiple rides in the dark and sogginess, no slips or slides, track great in corners and not much drag. Actually, I don't notice the drag even when riding pavement to access the dirt.
