- With the thickest rim walls WTB offers, proven I-Beam center support and asymmetrical spoke hole drilling, this a great choice for your e-assist trail, enduro or downhill bike
- Most trail and enduro tires are designed to be installed on a 30 mm rim; doing so will optimize the air volume, sidewall support and tire profile of those tires
- Increased wall thickness is capable of withstanding the forces of a modern e-bike
- Vertical support within the inner rim cavity drastically increases the strength and rigidity
- The additional reinforcement counteracts spoke loads and provides lateral rigidity, which is increasingly important for e-bike rims
- Durable nylon TCS Solid Strip lies between the rim and tubeless tape to prevent the tape from pushing into the spoke holes, ensuring a smooth interface between tire and rim
- The smooth surface makes it easier to mount a tire by preventing air from escaping around the bead at each indent during inflation
- Solid Strip also protects the airtight system from puncture in the case of a broken spoke
