Functional jacket - but ...
I loved everything about this jacket except the fabric - nylon outer makes the dreaded whoop whoop sound as you walk 😯 also would like a more breathable fabric - returned it.
Great jacket for reasonable price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The jacket fits well, great material, is true to size and does a nice job repelling water and snow. I was expecting a slightly heavier weight jacket, if I'm honest, but have found the fleece lining provides adequate warmth, even when shoveling snow - especially when wearing a fleece, sweater or hoodie underneath. The pockets inside the jacket are large enough to hold my wallet in one and mobile phone in the other. Very convenient for days I dont want to carry my handbag. The jacket arrive in a timely manner. I recommend this product. I am 5'1, weigh 135 lbs and intentionally ordered one size up so I can layer a hoodie underneath without feeling constricted - Size Large (typically I wear a medium).
High-end quality, function & style + TTS
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is lined, has lots of pockets, and is plenty warm for even most winter days in Kansas. It’s comfy, stylish, and true to size (I’m a standard 4-6 & got a small). And the green color is very pretty!
Comfortable high quality jacket
I’m so amazed at how warm this jacket is. It’s not bulky nor heavy at all and yet was surprisingly warm. The quality of this jacket was impressive- it has fleece lined pockets and the zippers are easy to zip. I loved the concept of Free Country to use recycled plastics which was the main reason I purchased from them but to find such wonderful high quality product is an added plus. It does fit true to size, but I think I will size up next time (just for jackets) so that if I decided to add more layers underneath there’s added room to allow that.

I like to walk, and really wanted interior pockets to carry phone, keys, etc. It’s also a great weight for my region (SF Bay Area). I ordered a size up, so the sleeves are too long, but I want to be able to wear lighter and heavier shirts with it. I like the quality of the zippers. I nearly always struggle with zippers 🤪, but these seem to work very smoothly. I love the soft interior fabric! It was also a good price compared with other similar jackets meeting my criteria.
Loved the jacket but it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the jacket but it was too small thru the upper arms. I tried to exchange for the next size up but it was sold out. Very sad to return it. I would expect an active wear jacket to have freer movement. I contemplated keeping it because it was exactly what I have been looking for. But I knew the arms would drive me crazy. A really nice lining in the hood and then a different lining in the body of the coat.
Fits very well, nice material

I would probably not wear a bulky sweater underneath and zip it, a size up would be too big. I like that it has a removable hood. I would prefer that the sleeve zipper and zipper pull not be so bright and shiny but will get used to it. Nice tailoring. I'm happy with the purchase. Great price on sale.

I was pleased because this jacket isn’t heavy. I also liked the detachable hood- the hidden snaps and zipper. Love, love the inside pockets. I will try to purchase another color. Sorry I missed out on some matching accessories.
Great Jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second one. If they would make it in Navy Blue I would definitely buy one! I wore my black one under my packable down coat in Paris in December. It gave me an extra layer of warmth but was same color as the coat so it was not obvious that I was double layered. Please make this jacket in a solid Navy Blue!!
