So comfortable and soft. Absolutely love wearing them around the house, running errands, or out hiking. The fit is good, I like my leggings a little bit tighter for the support they give so I got a medium. I’m 5’8” and around 155 with an athletic shape with some soft spots (thanks cookies). The length is perfect on my ankles and the waist hits just below my belly button. My only issue with them is my own fault. I got the Deep Plum color based of my boyfriends recommendation. I absolutely regret it. It’s a beautiful color but doesn’t hide that little bit of dimpling on my upper thighs and I’m just not a bright color kind of person. I should have ordered black, or maybe the navy.
I am very happy with these. The fabric is thick and warm for winter hikes but not too warm (for AK weather anyway). I have both S and XS. My measurements fit XS but I usually wear S in leggings. 125 lbs 27 waist 35 hip. The S fits more like a skinny pant and is super comfortable, my go to now for hikes. The XS fits like a legging and I'm using more for work. Still comfortable but definitely a tighter fit. The fabric doesnt have as much stretch as other leggings so they don't work as well for yoga. They do stay put once adjusted. Also noticed that they fit and look better after washing (I use cold water and line dry).
I've finally found a tight I can hike in for colder weather (40-60 degrees). Buttery soft and just the right thickness. Waistband is the perfect width under my backpack as the seems are well placed. Great side and zipper pockets. Seems to repel light rain well and dried quickly. Legs stayed toasty on cooler windy days. Not sure if they're too thick for hiking on warmer days. Super comfortable and I want another color! I'm 5'7" 135lbs and am usually between Sm and Med in Patagonia. The medium fits comfortably not too tight. If you want more compression size sm would be better.
I love the Patagonia Pack Out Tights, and have several pairs of them. I also wore them for the majority of my Pacific Crest Trail thru-hike, and they were amazing. So comfortable, easy to move in, no chafing, and they dry quickly. I also wear them to yoga classes, lounging at home, or under dresses when I go out.
Incredibly comfortable, great material. The only issue I had was a bit of sagging with my iPhone in the side pocket. It was annoying and bounced around on my leg. I wondered if the tights were a bit big but when I stopped and brought the waistband up higher and anchored it under my packs waist strap it seemed to improve the bouncing phone. Otherwise they were comfy and felt wonderful.
Wore these for 600 miles of the PCT. FANTASTIC. Thicker, love the high waist, and the double pockets!
These are my new go-to tights for everyday wear during the winter and the shoulder seasons. The fabric has a nice thickness to it, so they are comfortable and feel substantial. Best of all, they are low-waisted (I am not a fan of high-wasted tights), which can be difficult to find. The pockets are great - they securely hold the latest phones. I have them in black, green, and gray. I love them so much I have purchased back-ups!
These are a little thicker, so they would be good for fall weather but I wouldn't want to wear them in summer heat. They have a zipper on one hip, and while they positioned it well for a zipper (just off the side so you could lie on your stomach, isn't on the very outside of the leg), if you wanted to be able to wear these for any activities where you do exercises on your side I can't see this working. I didn't keep these, so I can't say for sure, but mauve color seems like it would show any kind of sweat - in addition to it showing any physical feature on your body. I loved the fabric and they were super soft and comfy. I'm 5'6", 113lbs and the XS fit my lean/slim build well. I do a wide variety of activities from yoga & Pilates to running & HIIT classes, so for me I like clothing that will work for any activity. If these didn't have that zipper I would definitely have purchased them in a darker color.
These tights exceeded my expectations. They’re very soft & comfortable, the material feels substantial (rather than too thin & fragile), and I like the longer length. My favorite feature is the fit…wide waistband and slim-fit without being so tight that you peel them off like a second skin…very flattering. Think I’m in danger of living in these, I just ordered two more.
Didn't fit my bigger legs. I'm a size 4 - smaller waist and thicker legs. These simply were too tight in the legs, didn't allow for easy movement. Prob better for people built with thinner legs!
