With wide side knobs for extra support, the Maxxis Minion DHR II 3C MaxxGrip DD Wide Trail tire is built stability on the trails and traction whether you're climbing, descending or cornering.

Features

  • Ramped paddle-shaped center knobs roll efficiently and provide excellent traction for climbing and braking
  • Minion signature channel-cut side knobs provide excellent cornering traction
  • 3C MaxxGrip compound uses the stickiest, slowest rebounding rubber offered by Maxxis
  • DoubleDown (DD) casing has 2 layers of lightweight 120 tpi casing material combined with a butyl sidewall insert to create a highly durable tire with more trail feedback
  • Wide Trail (WT) sizes are optimized for 35 mm inner width rims
  • Recommended for use as a rear-specific tire; can be paired with a Maxxis Minion DHF tire (not included) up front for an aggressive trail riding tire combo
  • Recommended for all trail conditions
  • Tubeless-ready tire must be mounted to a tubeless-compatible rim and use a liquid sealant in order to retain air
  • Tubeless-ready tires offer ability to run lower air pressures for improved traction, lower rolling resistance (compared to a tube-type tire) and decreased chance of flatting
