Comfortable, good padding
There are little pockets on the middle fingers to aid taking them off, which work well for me. They don't have a Velcro closure, instead a slightly elastic band across the back of the opening. They seem well made, although after 2 uses and 1 washing, it's far too early to really know. I have a circulation issue that requires non-binding gloves, so I bought XXL instead of L, and they work very well for me.

bad quality
Both these a little over a month ago, wore them maybe 4 times and the are breaking already. The seem at my fingers are coming loose. That should not happen for the price of these gloves. Will take them back to the store and see if warranty will cover this.

"Gel" provides no support, uncomfortable

Disappointing from Pearl Izumi. The "Gel" in the palm feels like a piece of cardboard, no flex or support at all. It digs into my hands while riding and I had to constantly adjust them. The only reason it gets two stars instead of one is that they're a nice color... probably switching back to my $15 Amazon gloves though.

Not Worth Buying

Not Fit for Use. Padding is flat and of poor quality. Elastic at wrist without a strap makes it clumsy to remove. Clearly Pearl Izumi is choosing to purposely field a poor product. Ive had 3 pair of previous generation Expedition Goves and they worked great. This iteration is not worth buying

Not Fit for Use

Padding is insufficient and of poor quality. I've owned 3 pair of previous model "expeditiongloves" that worked great. This gen is not worth buying

Hard to get on and off.

I've worn Pearl iZumi gloves for years. Couldn’t find my preferred glove “Select” so I went to REI. Not there. Chat buddy said Expedition similar. I ordered 3. No Velcro strap to tighten. Glove very difficult to get on and off my disabled hands. I returned them.

Not great.

Gloves fit very tight. I would recommend to size up one size from your normal size. Padding is minimal and the fabric between the fingers is irritating.

These gloves gave me blisters... perhaps I bought a size too big.
