Runs unusually on the small side

I LOVE Xeros. Besides the Dillons, I have seven other pairs of Xeros — all in size 10. But I feel like these run a half-size smaller than stated. My big toes just touch the front of the shoe, whereas all my other ones have some space in front, as a normal-fitting shoe would. These fit way differently. I've been trying to see if they'll stretch out. But they aren't so far. I have to wear really thin socks with these. Otherwise, thicker socks are just way too tight and uncomfortable. I will be returning/exchanging them for a 10.5. Hopefully, that will do the trick because these are really nice shoes. I get a lot of compliments on them.

Comfortable summer shoe

The Dillon shoe is one of my favorite Xero shoes thus far. It's comfortable and breathable and looks nice for a barefoot shoe. I use this shoe for day-to-day summer wear and weightlifting. The cons of this shoe are the material and the ankle construction. The material gets dirty easily, but you can clean the shoes in your washing machine. Also, the ankle of the shoe lacks structure, so I can't get a snug fit.

The Xero Dillon's are my favorite casual shoe

I've tried many different zero drop / wide-toe box shoes. Unfortunately, the others have weird designs that make them impractical for everyday wear or use rubber that quickly wears out. My previous favorites cost $130 not including shipping and had to come from Germany, and even those had the soles wear out extremely quickly. I tried two pairs of that brand before giving up because they looked so good. Now that xero has more casual shoes, I've got three pairs of these kind because I'm scared they'll cancel them and it will take a long time to find a comparable pair. I go to the gym in these shoes and use them for everyday work / casual wear. They look great, and feel great. If the white part gets too dirty, a quick rub with a magic eraser cleans them right up. I'd recommend this pair for everything except running.

ridiculously wide in toes

Crazy wide at toes. I did not appreciate how wide they are until they arrived. Kind of on me, but saw they looked good from side and assumed beyond that they looked like human being shoes. Apparently they're trying to corner the market for hybrid nursing home/ clown shoe crossovers

Comfy shoe but poor material

This shoe is comfy, I find most Xero shoes to be very comfortable. My main problem with this shoe is the material they made it out of. Its fabric and for an all white shoes its going to get dirty and stay dirty easily. Would have preferred a different material, I have some other xero shoes that are made out of a better material that allows them to not get dirty so easily.

Great daily shoes

I’m only two day into wearing the Dillon shoes and I love them. They are very comfortable and have plenty of room in the toe box. They look good, breath well and lightweight. I do run in nothing but minimalist shoes (Xero Mesa Trail and New Balance MT10 when I could get them).

Very comfortable but marginal quality

I love wearing minimalist shoes and tried the Xero brand shoes (I got these Dillon, a trail runner, and a road runner version). The Dillon was for casual wear out and about and at work. PROS: They felt great to wear, I love how it feels minimalist though there is a small bit of padding. I also love that you can just kick them on like loafers. They also wear wide in the toes, so my fellow wide-footed friends would appreciate these. I normally wear a size 15 in general, but the size 15 in these was a little too big. I'd probably have a better fit in 14's, though I didn't mind the extra room to let my toes breath. CONS: These absolutely suck in wet conditions. I don't mean rain, but even if there is the tiniest bit of water on the ground, these shoes somehow flick up the water up and over the toes, and the mesh fabric just soaks them in. I've had wet socks from walking through the smallest amount of water on the sidewalk. Kinda fascinating how easily it flicks up the water up and over the toes but still sucks. Other con is the quality just isn't that great. About 1 month after daily use, the lettering on the very thin insole fell off and that insole started to wear and come lose from the shoe. Eventually there was a wear hole in the big toe (of that insole). Additionally, one of the rivets from the laces popped out. I tied the laces once when I first wore them and left them like that forever (never tied/untied them again). I very much liked the shoe and would still probably buy it again, but I just wish the insole liner was made of better quality. Taking it out just seemed weird, otherwise it was a pretty good shoe. In the rain I wore my non-minimalist shoes and found myself missing these minimalist shoes, so they very much do feel minimalist. Maybe not as much as my Vibram Five Fingers, but still close. The trail and road versions I got were very good, but that's for a different review. Overall, I do like the brand.
