Not durable, disentigrating after 1 mos, 2 washes
I should state that this is a "light weight" sock, so I should not have the highest expecations that it's going to be durable. However, after having these for 1 month, and wearing and washing them twice (per the instructions), these socks are pilling badly and are almost wearing through on my big toe and ball of the foot. The theads are also giving way at the ankles. They are crazy comfortable, but not worth it if they are not durable. This is my first set of toe socks, and I loved wearing them, but I'll look into another brand for my next purchase.
Great socks, alarming color
The white color is not great to look at, but these are the best socks. If you're looking to get into toe socks, there's no denying Injini is the way to go. The size guide is accurate (I was initially hesitant to get a size S with women's 8.5 feet but they're a perfect fit.
For all my hikes over 5 miles
I've been wearing these on all days when I hike more than 5 miles for 3 years now. My toes are very happy. If I have issues because I had to ford too many streams, I just tape the poor toes and pull these on over it. Wroks fine to get me through the day without pain. All of my pairs have lasted amazingly well, but I do wear these little guys under my wool hiking socks. Together, they keep my feet in great shape at all times.
Perfect for minimalist shoes
I know the phrase "I'm obsessed with these" is over used, but...I'm obsessed. I have three pairs of Injinji socks now and they're my absolute favorite for runs of all types. As a minimalist shoe wearer, I find that these limit chafing and increase ground feel on long runs. You'd be shocked to realize how much regular socks push your toes together! I find myself picking up a pair of these every time I'm in the store.
Lightweight running socks
I prefer the trail version of these socks but the running version were thin and lightweight
Riddle me impressed, I’m a believer
Toe socks… I’ve become what I once swore to destroy! Less dramatically, on a whim with rewards points last year I skeptically bought my first pair of Injinji toe socks, and honestly I’m not sure I’m going to look back. PRO: - Very lightweight; the material of these socks are light and breathable. - I’m impressed with the durability, too. I’ve worn these many times a week, running, hiking, and at a standing desk, and they’ve lasted a solid 12 months. Even though they have started to develop small holes in between the toes, they aren’t giving way quickly. - Fewer blisters when running. The fabric between my toes keeps my toes from rubbing together, keeping them dry and separated. - Promoting foot health. The socks help my toes spay better then tight socks that wrap my whole foot. I’ve been in minimal and wide footwear for a few years now, and these socks make minimal footwear even better. CON: They take about four times as long to put on than standard socks! Not sure there’s a way around it, but it is a thing… I’m a believer in these toe socks. They’re more expensive than a pack of Walmart socks, but in return you’re getting light, breathable, flexible, durable, healthy socks. Your feet will thank you!
Soft and Comfy Socks
I have various styles orf Injinji socks. HIkers, liners, Run Lightweight, and NoShow reg weight. I use them for various shoes or activities. This new Run Lightweight No-Show sock is very soft, and I am really enjoying the thin material for using in the gym to work out or walk around town in my Altra Torin 6 shoes. The material has gotten softer and I will continue wearing their socks. so comfy and health for my toes
best socks ever
When I started hiking, I always had blisters. After moving to these socks never had blisters again. I wear them all the time. Even when not hiking.
great blister free comfort
Wear these with my running shoes - prevents blisters which is a huge plus
Not as good as any of my other injinji’s
Unfortunately, these pilled after the first run. I wore them on a 5k and they were all pilled when I finished. I have many pair of injinji’s and this is not their usual quality
