[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not one to do much trail running for fear of twisting an ankle, but these have exceeded my expectations. They’ve been great on both technical rocky trails and hardpacked gravel paths, the soles of these shoes are so rugged like tractor tires they give you so much grip and confidence to run. The upper part of the shoe’s material is breathable and my feet stay cool and dry (except when it rains or I hit a puddle). My feet are locked in place too, you feel like you can jump and turn with confidence. Ideal choice for trail running or if you enjoy hiking but you should consider something else if you’re focusing on speed work or gym classes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love these shoes. Great fit in terms of width and length. They are lightweight and literally feel like you’re walking on a cloud. The ankle area of the shoe is made of comfortable material giving a width with flexibility. I’m on the heavy side and used these for walking long distances on varying terrains. I used them In place of my usual walking shoe and the difference was staggering. I felt more stable and certainly felt the benefit of the cushioned sole. I’ve ended up wearing them for work as I’m on my feet a lot all day and these are a winner! Really easy to give a quick wipe when needed and they dry really quickly. Very pleased with these shoes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nike React Wildhorse 8 delivers comfort and traction on easy trails as well as the more technical terrain as a result of the generous grip on the sole. The shoe allows for a comfortable ride thanks to the wide toebox and the inclusion of the react midsole. It fits true to size and is finished with a light and breathable upper material for those seeking faster runs. The shoe also has a stylish colour way which could allow you to double up for day to day activities. In order to improve this shoe I would like to see the inclusion of a water resistant material, particularly for navigating the softer trails.

Comfy Trail Trainers Without Wear In Time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing my Nike React Wildhorse 8 trainers for 2 weeks weeks and unlike previous trainers I have had, these were comfy from the first day and no need to ‘wear’ them in before my first long walk. These trainers have been used on multiple different terrains and give great support on my feet. A small downside would be tounge/lace holes are a funny space so it’s not easy to wipe dust of this if you have been on a dust/sand route. Overall I believe this are super comfy trainers with great support and I would purchase again in the future ad you recommend to a friend that enjoyed walking/running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Run, don't walk, to grab these shoes! They are maybe one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. They run totally true to size and are very cushy. I found them very stable, which is important for a trail running shoe. The cushion is great as you trek on bumpy terrain and the shoe has a great grip. I have a neutral stride and flat feet and found these shoes to be great for that. The arch support was perfect. Overall I really love these shoes. I'm not the most experienced trail runner, but grew up hiking and walking trails and found that these were well thought-out and covered all of my needs: (1) cushion; (2) stability; and (3) grip. Seriously though, they are so comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these shoes! Sadly, I received the wrong size so I’m not able to give feedback on how they feel while running. However, I wear them while walking around and playing outside with my dogs and they’re super comfortable! They’re cushiony and give you a little extra bounce to your step. The grip on the bottom is phenomenal as well. I can imagine these are amazing to run in. I was hesitant at first about the bright colors because I’m a very neutral colored kinda person, but I honestly love them so much and think they look so cute on! I would definitely recommend these shoes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the fit of these shoes to be great. They gave the great support at the ankle, they were bouncy and super light weight. My foot and ankle felt well supported without it being too tight which I have found with other running shoes. I would have preferred a narrower fit by my toes but that’s because my feet run quite narrow. The fabric was breathable and didn’t leave my feet sweaty, I can’t speak for how they hold up in rain or water but for running on a dry summer evening they were perfect. They also seem like they are easy to wash which is great. All in all, I really enjoyed the shoe, other than wanting it to be narrow at the toes there isn’t too much I would change about them. Just maybe some more colours in the design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On first glance, I wasn't sure these were for me. They were very bright and I normally stick to more simple colors for my shoes, mostly just black. But on wear, I realized they fit extremely well and were super comfortable on! I ended up wearing them all day long. I don't know how often I will wear them, simply because they are so bright, but that is entirely down to personal style choice. I still feel confident recommending them to others because they offer great support to the foot and were a joy to wear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially surprised by the size of them as from the outside the look quite narrow and thought I took the wrong size and that they won’t fit me! My feet are slightly wider then the average women especially considering my size. Then tried them on and it was a bit like magic as my foot just slipped into with no problem at all. I normally walk twice a week in a woodland area so it was a good chance to break them in. They have a great grip and were really good on the wood path that is mostly loose earth and gravel in some parts. Can’t ask for more in a shoe. They everything I expected and a bit more. The only “negative” thing that I can think of is that it took more then a couple of walks to break them in, but a plaster in the problematic area solved it and a few more walks after solved the issue.

As a busy momma, these shoes transitioned well between workouts and errand running. The navy, green and yellow are fun while still being quite versatile. If you’re looking for a lightweight shoe, this might not be the shoe for you—I found it to be a bit heavier than I usually wear. This shoe fit true to size so you can feel confident when ordering!
