I would definitely buy this product again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of my favorite North Face purchases. I've used for hiking to store personal items, extra carry on for flying as well as casual business conferences to carry my laptop, charger, and other personal items including snacks. Adjustable to fit loose or tight to body. The extra small support strap is helpful when hiking but would like the option to remove for everyday use since it dangles fairly low and requires you to wrap it back up or tuck in rear pocket.

I love this bag!

Large enough to carry my 14" MacBook Pro, and all accessories, while remaining compact. Great for cycling too! Lots of attachment points for my lights, and the pocket on the strap is big enough to fit my phone and keys. Love having my phone close by so I can turn on Google maps navigation and hear the directions as I cycle. You can definitely cram a lot into this bag but it does hurt my shoulder if I wear it for a while with laptop and lots of other items. It's been a perfect bag between a small sling and TNF Large Commuter backpack for days when I need my laptop, but not much else.

Almost perfect sling bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Slingbags are great for metro travel since they can be quickly rotated to the front for access and security. This bag has plenty of places to clip on a water bottle or jacket and I added bungees to stabilize extra gear. It can only be worn on the right shoulder which takes some getting used to. The volume is about right, because a larger bag would allow overloading for one shoulder. I really like that the khaki version makes the stupid logo less glaring.

Winner! You won't be let down by this sling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pack is great as edc because it's not too bulky however it is big enough to handle way more than just you pocket gear. The fleece lined pockets are great for phones, watches, and tablets or anything else that you wouldn't want mixed with your keys and change to get scratched up. The zippers are of great quality and have not binded or busted in any way. The balance on your back is great as well. It is oriented to be worn on the right side as a sling so it might not work well for someone who prefers it on the left. I have recommended this bag to my friends with confidence. My other bags have been retired because of this one.

Inflexible strap position

The materials and construction of this bag are great. It looks nice and feels like it will be durable over time. My problem with it is the design. For a crossbody, it has a specific way you HAVE to wear it. The strap is fixed to one shoulder only and can't be moved. When wearing on the front it felt fine to me but on the back I wanted it on the other shoulder and it doesn't work that way. This inflexibility made me return it. I'm sure I could get used to it in time but it felt uncomfortable to wear that way. A good design is this would allow clipping the botttom of the strap to either side of the bag for ambidextrous carrying.

Perfect Size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You know, I honestly thought the bag was going to look exactly like how it looks on the girl wearing it in the photo - a little big, but of course, in person, the bag was smaller than I originally thought. I'm not mad about it though. It's a nice size to hold my laptop, wallet, phone, keys, and other items that will be necessary for me to immediately take out for TSA when at the airport as I intend to use this as my personal carry on item. I like the functionality of it as it has multiple pockets and an inner fleece lining for that added protection. The bag is easy to wear and the strap buckle makes it easy for me to remove as well. I just hope the bag will last a long time.

Pleasantly surprised!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mostly on a whim and was not expecting much. But the separated interior with the super soft felt lining and nice materials make this a great small bag. The divider in the bag has a pocket (also lined in super soft felt) makes a great place for pens and pencils. The laptop portion also has super soft felt too so I wouldn't worry about your laptop getting all scratched up. So yes, buy it, you'll like it.

Highly recommended. I would buy again without a doubt!

I was on the fence about buying another sling bag but I went ahead and got this one anyway and I gotta say i'm glad I did. This sling pack is great! The build quality is excellent. The felt lined pockets x3 great for my phone and watch. The pocket on the sling strap is also a very useable size if you have a larger phone or other small items. I use it for a knife, lighter and pack of gum. The bag holds its shape well whether fully stocked or bringing the bare minimum. It is made to be worn over the right shoulder and cannot be adjusted for the left shoulder. This might be the only flaw. It doesn't bother me because I prefer it over the right anyway. Bottom line- buy it. You won't regret it.

Definitely a Winning Bag here!

I use this bag daily. For keeping my keys, wallet, phone, headphones and many other odds and ends. It is so very compact and full of felt lined pockets with sturdy North Face Zippers. The bag is light and very comfortable. It is easy to "sling" the bag around to my front side to where I can have easy access to all the pockets and zippers without having to take the bag off completely. This was ANOTHER North Face buy that did not disappoint. There is a huge amount of room in many different pockets with most of the internal pockets that have zipper access to keep everything where it should be.

A little disappointed but not entirely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this sling bag to hold my laptop and other belongings while commuting to and from work. I like how it looks and I like how much it can hold despite its small size, but getting it on and off is a pain, especially when wearing a bigger coat. I'm 5'8" and an average build, but this bag's straps do not adjust generously enough. I have no issue with the straps but I can imagine someone a little larger than me would definitely find the straps too tight. I understand that the smaller strap is to keep the larger strap in place, and would be better in a hiking setting when you don't have to take the pack on/off as much, but I find the design to be awkward and flawed. It's functional but cumbersome.
