Fjallraven  Abisko Summer Hat

This has lasted a couple of years so far without showing wear. It keeps its shape even though I have thrown it around in the car. It is a cute hat!

I am a lady with a lot of hair so anything additional will make my head warm. There are no vent holes. I have only had this one day and already gotten 3 compliments/inquiries for where it's from. I went with buckwheat brown but olive was so pretty in person. I measured my head and 22" so I go with the small. That was way too small and the medium was pretty tight too. I like the loose fit of the large and am surprised that my big 23 inch headed boyfriend can wear the same size comfortably. The more ya know

Nice quality but runs super small! Not joking. My husband has very small size head and usually he wears size small. I ordered small and it was just fit for my 7years old son. I repurchased medium, it was still too small… I have to go to store and exchange to Large. Hopefully it will work!

Nice hat that comes in many sizes so finding a good fit was easy. I love the fox logo, but I wish it was a bit more subdued or on the side on the hat, rather than right square on the front. Still, it proved to be a great hiking companion, although it can get sweaty, it does the job of keeping the head protected well. And the chin strap kept it on my head when accidentally glissading 400ft down Asgard Pass into a frozen waterfall.

Surprising lightweight. I bought the buckwheat brown which is a bit of a strong color but cheerful and works well as a neutral. I needed to replace my excellent "Sunday Afternoon" canvas hat which is in its fourth year of wear and is starting to show wear. This Fjallraven offering this actually fits my very big women's head (I wear a 7 3/8 male hat) and has a nice stiff brim. It is amazingly light weight. I wish the snaps weren't there at all and I don't need the chin strap but that little mammal on the front is cute and this hat will definitely serve as a good replacement until I can find something a bit more "serious" that I can wear to the office as well as on hikes and to local farmer's markets and such. Note: take out the cardboard when it arrives. It's there for packing but if you don't take it out you won't realize the hat is more comfortable and roomier than it seems.

This is a fantastic hat. I've got a big noggin, and I bought this XL and it's perfect. It's also water repellent, with exception of the logo and the inside band. Comfortable, stylish, and lightweight. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good summer hat.

It's an attractive hat, but sizing is way out of whack. I used the size guide chart, ordered a large, and hoped for the best. Wasn't even close to fitting properly, way too small. I opted instead for a Patagonia sun hat, which is much more in line with my expectations.

New purchase but looks like quality material! I love the weight, it’s very light and doesn’t feel like you’re wearing a hat. FYI: Small fits great on my 6 year old so would recommend at least Medium if you’re an adult (Large on me and I think I have a pretty average sized head).

Sits very comfortable, has a nice design and protected me from the sun.

This hat is amazing! It is absolute perfect for sunny and windy weather. I have been a bit rough with it and have flattened it several times for transporting and it always returns to its original shape without issue. It has held up well to getting whacked with twigs and branches when I don't duck quite enough and hasn't faded at all despite have spent a lot of time in direct sunlight.
