These things work GREAT!
Stopped by REI on my way to the campground. Was looking for an eco-friendly fire starter and came across these. There are 25 sheets neatly laid inside the box. Im notoriously bad at starting fires...but not with these things! Took me 3 sheets (because I'm still not great), but the sheets themselves worked like a charm. Lit one end with a lighter and they burned for around 20-30 seconds. I will definitely bring these along anytime I'm camping or backpacking.
Most Excellent Product!
Rain, wind, wet wood - these strips have worked reliably every time. Love the pliability and economy of the strips. Depending on conditions one can use a little or just enough to get things flaming. Easy to pack for the trail. And, unlike most other similar products, these actual smell good! Now my go-to firestarter.
Great for camping or barbecue grill
I bought this product to see if it would work for an upcoming camping trip and it worked great in starting a fire without flameouts. My husband has started using it in the charcoal grill too. It stays lit for longer ensuring that there's enough time to get the wood/charcoal burning.
So easy to use
Stopped by REI on my way to a night of camping. Was looking for a eco-friendly Firestarter and found these. I'm not a good fire starter...but I am with these things! They are laid out in 25 sheets in the box. I used 3 (because I'm really bad at starting fires), but the product worked like a charm. Very happy with this product and will definitely take these with me on future camping and backpacking trips.
Tiny but Mighty
Great fire starters. I usually only need one of these to start my fire. They are compact and lightweight, and even if they get wet, they will be fine since they are covered in wax! I cannot recommend these enough; they are my favorite fire starter for camping and backpacking.
Easily packed.
These look great! Good size for a backpack and will hopefully work well at the cabin. Very light. Haven't had a chance yet to use.
