The pants is light and stretchy, making it very comfortable for mountain biking. But it didn’t live up to both the Patagonia name and its “dirt craft” name. My first time wearing it, the left knee ripped after I fell off the bike on a gravel path. Some reinforcement on the knee section is needed. Works well for easy trail rides, but definitely not for mountain biking or any dirt bikes. I’m sending it back to Patagonia for repair, hopefully they can patch it, so I’m not out $120. For reference, I’m 5’2, 108lbs, and usually wear a size 2 but the 4 fits great, just a little long.
These are wonderful pants - fit perfectly, fabric is so light, cool and protects against the sun. They are also stretchy and comfortable. I wear them for biking and most everywhere.
