Broke before I could strap on the bike.

It’s magnetic to the strap mount but also twists on it to lock in place as well as twist to switch between off and 3 on settings. The plastic tabs that locate it are too small and broke testing the functionality before it was even mounted on the bike so it no longer twists against the internals to switch the light off or change mode.

Really useless

Non-functional after a couple of uses. The pegs that seat the rotating component broke almost immediately and any kind of mud or dirt made it impossible to turn. Maybe useful if you live somewhere with absolutely no dirt or mud on the road.

Magnet

The light has a nice design and I liked the intense red light. The functionality however is not well designed. It is hard to switch on and off by using the rotating ring, during this you can turn the whole lamp and the magnetic mechanism doesn’t hold the lamp properly- worst case scenario you loose the lamp and don’t even realize it as it was the case for me.

Cute idea but poorly made

Seemed like a clever design but it fails in actual use it. The removable lite comes off too easily. The soft plastic wore out in a week and as a result the light on-off switch failed. Have to return for a refund.

Broke after 2 months of use

Very poor quality, the light was very hard to turn on and off, it finally broke. Plastic is cheap and will wear out after just a few turns. I returned it and got a Planet Bike one.

Just stops working

I purchased this and used it pretty sparingly. I even put my bike in storage for several months only defined that this tail light no longer charges. The matching headlight still seems to work fine, but I am very disappointed in the quality of this product despite how little use of received.

Bright light. Tab to turn light on off or switch functions breaks easily so unable to turn on or off. Now just an expensive reflector.

Nice light until it stopped working

Nice light until it stopped working / charging. Cute design but definitely not very durable.

Too difficult to turn on and off

The light is so difficult to turn on and off that it is useless. We had to buy another one.
