Good replacement brakes

These are fairly easy to put on and to remove. I buy them on sale, in the spring and fall, thereby insuring good brakes year round.

Recyclable box, although dirty, come with 3 cotter pins and one spring. The two brake pads look alike to some Tektro E10.11 pads. The pads fit with the included spring in my Tektro Gemini brakes on Novara bike. There was some slight rubbing, esp on the outer perimeter of the disc, but I think this will go away, and it's because my disk is a little bent. I Can see some wear exactly on that outer rim.

Problem Solved

My front brakes were making horrible squealing and howling noises almost every time that I squeezed the lever. I didn’t have to do it hard for this to happen. A couple of people said that before doing anything else, try changing the pads first. That’s what I did. Now, almost all the noise is gone and (surprisingly) the braking power is somewhat improved.
