A couple of poor design choices mar a good system
The function of this system is fine, but the day to day experience not so much. It has to be charged at the bike, which, in my garage, is a bother every time (there’s just no easy way to get a charge cable to the bike). The tiny, hidden button to power it up is just silly; again, it’s a pain at the start of every ride. I have a similar SRAM system on another bike that has me appreciating good design: removable battery and easy to turn on. Small things with a large impact on my user experience.
