Smartwool  Outdoor Light Cushion Crew Socks

I like it because it’s warm and fluffy.

Was disappointed that smartwool Sox are only 53% wool. These are costly sox to be nearly half synthetic.

Good cushion, fits the foot fine - but the fit through the ankle is very tight, making my ankles sore after wearing for several hours. Not what I expect from Smartwool.

These are great hiking socks! Just the right amount of cushion and warmth. The also seem durable - an attribute I’ve come to expect from the Darn Tough brand.

These are a worthwhile investent to compliment a great pair of shoes.

the order says it was cancelled. ... in fact you only changed the shipping address from your henderson store to my house. We were billed ... Now. they were way small. i ordered large, the tag said large, i wear an 10.5 shoe. The heal did not reach my heal. I gave them to my wife who wears a womens 6.5 to large for her. I tried to send them back but the guy on the phone said we did not get them !!!! something sure happened

These specific socks never actually shipped so I had to call and obtain a refund. Not sure what happened but these were the last pair available at this size. Also note, the price actually dropped on these socks (different size) after the advertised Thanksgiving sale !!! Other color socks of similar tyoe that did arrive are a little on the thin side.

I bought these Smart Wool Socks on sale . I have probably 7 pairs of Smart Wools socks and this is the first time I had an issue with them. I wore them probably 3 or 4 times and two holes developed on the top of the sock in the toe area. I brought them back to REI and I told them I wanted another pair . They didn't have the same exact pair in stock and would only give me the sale price off a new pair of socks. I feel they should have given the regular price off of a new pair since I was exchanging a defective pair . I was told I could ship them at my own expense to Smart Wool to try and get a replacement. I guess that the REI guarantee only works when they want it to . The socks were purchased about two months ago and were defective. WARNING - do NOT buy something on sale from REI if you want them to stand behind it and get a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee . I am very disappointed in their handling of this transaction. I would not recommend this store.

Great quality! Loads of cushioning for the weight of the sock. Perfect summer hiking sock, and in winter I find they make a perfect sock liner under heavier merino socks. I love the beautiful colors, also. For me they seem to run a little small, which is how I got the idea to try them out as sock liners.
