Great tent. Love that it comes with a footprint. Easy to set up. I shopped around a lot before I picked this tent. I especially wanted a tent that would fare well in rain, and success! It rained all day (more than an inch) and the tent stayed completely dry! Bonus--everything fit back in the bag without too much fuss when I put it away by myself!
Super easy putting up and taking down even for one person, fit easily back in the pouch with correct packing folding in half then in thirds and rolling everything up in it. I love how the zippers to each of the doors come so close when fully open and you can stuff away the doors in a pocket just inside . It rained a lot while I was using it the first time and held up well.
First time using this tent and found a hole in the bottom of the tent, so I'll be returning. Now onto how it performed for a 4 night trip at Big Bend NP. This tent held up ok. We got there on a day where winds got up to 50 mph so it was a little difficult setting it up, this is the first tent I've ever used with a foot print so I was surprised it had a hole in the floor of the tent right off the bat. I bought this for two people and gear so we could have plenty of space. I like the tent, for the sale price and think it's worth it, I might get it again to try it out and see if the hole was a fluke. But my friend did not approve of this tent. His take. He said the tent made way too much noise all night because there wasn't enough tie outs, the first two nights we had super strong winds and the tent would blow inward and hit him in the face while he was in his sleeping bag, again he complained that if it had more tie outs the tent would be more sturdy and probably wouldn't blow inward. He did not like the design of the mesh storage with the hole in it for a light and keys. Do to the hole the other pockets can't go to the center so do to the strong winds his keys fell out and landed on him. I do not like the bag it came in, it's too small and I couldn't get everything back into it.
