Runs small but otherwise nice
I purchased these as an adult, as I have several other children's boots that fit me great. This brand and style ran much smaller than the other brands. Other than that, I liked the style of the boot and the higher height of the boot shaft. I was planning to wear these while snowshoeing; so, I was not impressed with the stretchy laces, as I was concerned my foot would slide forward, but for kids, the laces could be a plus. I had to return the boots because of the sizing. I normally wear a 5-1/2 US Women's shoe. I ordered these in Size 4 to match the other Kids boots I have, and they were way too tight for even a medium weight sock. With the other brands, I can wear two pair of socks with room to spare. Overall, if a person sizes up, I think these could be a good choice.
