Great table; may be damaged on arrival

This table is very sturdy and stable when all four legs are on the ground. It is reasonably portable (it folds into a bindle that is relatively long). The table worked so well for car camping and outdoor dining/prep work that I bought another. Sadly that table was dented and missing parts and had to be returned. When these went back on sale I bought another, which arrived with a small dent that did not impact it's function and doesn't appear to be in a place that compromises its stability or durability, so I've decided to keep it rather than return it. On balance, if you can get one that is intact, it is a very good table. I'm 1/3 in getting an undamaged unit and 2/3 in terms of units that I intend to keep.

kind of expensive for what it is but it's ok

After a few trips with this table I'm okay with it. The pros is that it's long and folds up pretty compact. When you're camping size does matter. It's aluminum so you're able to put on hot pans etc. I'm comparing this table to my 6ft lifetime folding table, as I've used both for camping. Now on the bad parts. The bag sucks as others have said. You're gonna need a 3rd hand to help packing it up. The height is also 28", now I'm not super tall or anything but man that's pretty low. Should you get this? If you need a table that holds stuff then yes but only if it is on sale.

Sale price is deceiving

The Alps website has this exact table for the same price of $149. This REI listing makes it look like the actual price was $199 before discount but it doesn’t seem like this is the case.

We scored a discontinued item on sale

The table is perfect for our “glamping” style. The only two issues are 1) it packs awkwardly and the bag that holds it is difficult to use, and 2) the aluminum construction feels flimsy and the item is likely not durable. The table is a discontinued item and we got it on sale. I’m ok with that.

Works AOK.

It is a large camping suitable table that works for meal prep, camp stove cooking, or the camp bar. Car camping only - of course. The plastic bits on the ends of the aluminum bars benefit from a bit of fast acting epoxy. My campers hold their plates or use campsite picnic tables. Plan accordingly. AOK!

Was damaged upon delivery

Numerous spacers that separate the slats were in pieces when we unpacked the box. It took us a while to figure out that's where these little broken bead like pieces were falling out of the table case.
