Bosch Power tube 750 mounting plate kit
Ordering was quite frustrating since the power tube 750 doesn't include the latch plate which is not mentioned in the item description. After much research with a helpful REI bike shop employee, we discovered you have to order it separately (from the bike shop). Bosch Power Tube Mounting Plate Kit EP1653. Includes Screw-On Plate; PT Kit Horizontal EB12:900.00E-VE4 and 2 mounting bolts Price $11.00. At that price, one would think the mounting plate would be included with the very expensive battery since it really can't be safely installed without it.
Missing the latch piece
Little frustrated as I have bought spares before and never had to figure out how to get a latch piece. I think that's kind of petty to sell it with out this. I had no idea they could be sold separate. At first I thought I got the wrong battery... This place was the cheapest place to get this battery and now I know why...
