Don't use Jones
Jones is a horrible company - I do not recommend buying from them. I ordered a board with expedited shipping and they cancelled my order without telling me. I still have no refund and no board and had to rent from REI for my trip instead. When I spoke to Jones customer service, they just said "sorry we forgot to reach out to you."
Splendid beyond compare
Highly disagree with previous review. Jones is an excellent company and makes top notch boards. The Flagship and Solution are the perfect snowboard if you had to choose one model for all your pow, backcountry and freeriding needs. Keep up the excellent work Jones crew!
