Not warm or essential
I was looking for thick winter pants that would keep me warmer than my typical adidas training pants. They’re about the same.
BEWARE. These are slim for not standard.
After receiving theses pants I tried to find out if they sent the wrong item. They assured me they are mens standard fit even thought the tag on the pants says slim fit. My daughter weights 115 lbs, stands 5'7" and wears a womens small. I had her try them on, they just fit her in length and the thighs. Now have to drive 45 mins to return these. A frustrating process.
Nearly perfect

My only gripe is, like most TNF pants, they're too long (my ideal size is "31x29") - I roll the waist over once and they're perfect, otherwise the crotch hangs a bit low. Despite this I'm still giving them 5stars, they're great!
