Awesome Jacket!

Well made and the large size was a perfect fit for me at 6’4” 225#. I tried on a. Umber of jackets and some brands the large is tight in the body and an XL would hold 2 people! I wish REI had these in store, but the shipping was only about 8 days.

Great Ski / Snowboard Jacket

Exactly what I was hoping for. I bought this jacket in November 2022 and got 50 days riding on the season. It held up great and I plan to use again this year. I typically run as a Medium, but got this Jacket in Large for some extra maneuverability. It is comfortable, warm, and allows for free movement while riding. I typically ride solo and received some random complements from strangers on the vibrant blue color. Plenty of pockets for electronics and other accessories. I ride with a go pro and can comfortably carry 6 spare batteries in the inside vest pocket. It even came with a goggle cleaning cloth that is attached to an elastic cord out of a chest pocket so you can easily clean goggles and not worry about dropping the cloth. It also has a sleeve / wrist pocket that is perfect for RFID ski passes. The hood is removable, but I typically ride with it for some extra wind protection. The hood is large enough to fit over a ski helmet. The wrist gaiters are great to ensure good overlap between your jacket and gloves / mittens. For water proofing, it was fine except for the wettest days of the season. It was damp at the end of those wettest days, but was always dry by the next morning after hang drying overnight. I never felt that water got through the jacket, but the jacket shell was damp / water logged a bit after heavy snow days that were on the warmer side (IE Snowing at the peak, melting at the bottom). Overall I love this jacket and would highly recommend.
