At this moment, I'm out at Lake Mead. The only part of me that's properly warm and cozy is my head. Think that says all we need to say.
Fantastic all-around Beanie
I'm picky about my head gear esp since I'm over 60 & bald .. need warmth ;-) This beanie is perfect in the fit, right amount of tightness & warmth. The fit is also great in that it's easy to fold/roll up & still look ok or pull lower over ears & neck for additional coverage. Have not tested yet in extreme cold and inclement weather.
Comfy and Form-fitting Beanie
I like how the stretchy Polartec material of this beanie stretches snugly, but not too tightly, over my entire forehead and ears. It’s perfect to keep my head warm on cool days. I have a large head, and have found few other beanies that fit so well. This lightweight beanie should fit well beneath a bicycle helmet, too.
Great warmth for the weight
I'm not one who likes to buy things without holding them in my hand. I was hesitant but went ahead. When I first pulled it from the box, I was prepared for disappointment. It was so thin and light compared to what I've always worn for fall and winter, that I couldn't believe it would keep me warm. We finally dropped down to the 30's (F) for a couple of days so I dug it out. I was incredibly surprised by just how warm it felt all day. So much so that this will replace my regular everyday winter hat. Also, I'm slightly allergic to wool, so these materials turned out to be a great alternative. Oh, and the beanie structure provides a great fit, while easily fitting under my hoodies or hooded coat.
Warm and very comfortable
Over the past several years I have had 6 beanies. This one, without question, is the best of them all. It fully covers my ears, very warm and very comfortable. It has good stretch to is so it holds tight to the head to keep the wind at bay. REI nailed this product. 5 star A+

Great Cold Weather Beanie!
This hat is great for any outdoor activity. I've used it on long walks this winter in temps as low as 10 degrees (F). Very lightweight, great fit and you hardly know you have it on. Does a great job holding in wireless earbuds on those cold weather days that they tend to shrink and fall out.
Perfect for those cold days.
This fleece beanie is awesome, keeps me warm on the coldest day hikes.
