Love it!
Super happy with this top from Arcteryx, I am a keen hiker and also do CrossFit and this top is great for both! It’s kept me cool wicking away sweat and smell free, perfect for intense workouts or doing activities in. I’m planning on getting the other colours too. The only downfall for me personally is the hood, I just wish there was a hoodless option as I tend to wear this as a top rather than an extra layer, due to this it can get in the way when I’m putting other layers on over the top. Thanks Arcteryx for producing such good quality goods as usual!
Love the style, less warm this year
I got this as a mid layer for snowboarding. I’d purchased the same one a few years prior. I love the new color and the build in mask cannot be beat! I don’t like that it got thinner it got and thus less warm. I loved the thicker therma grids on the inside. It kept me warmer and required less layers overall.
A fantastic mid layer
Bought this as a 3 seasons mid layer. Used it to hike at minus 5, no wind, with only a thin base layer under. Hood/neck gator is brilliant. Just a little wind protection, very breathable. Was just perfect. Easy to layer And the colour is just lovely......
This hoody is a plus
I bought it to run during winter , it is great, thin and warm, stretchy, do not refrain my range of motion. I love the colour which fit with everything else. I also use it for cross-country skiing and ski touring. A must to have!
Great material
Love the felling of the material on the skin. Feels good and the quality is also very good.
My new favorite
I am a SAR K9 handler working in various environments with inclement weather and I need to be prepared for anything. I’m 5’10” and wear a size 14. I have a LOT of different waffle type warmth from different companies, and half a dozen from the company ending in gonia. This is SUPERIOR in so many ways. The warmth is the same but the material is less bulky. The chest pocket (for phone, keys, tissues, earbuds) is smooth so things don’t snag. The sleeves. Oh the sleeves. I NEVER find sleeves long enough that don’t ride up, except arcteryx. I find the gusseted sleeve cut that has the seam on the chest and back instead of the top of shoulder allows for the perfect fit and when I reach overhead or play tug with a dog my entire shirt isn’t rising and I have a good range of motion. The length isn’t too short! I often need to buy a larger size or men’s shirts to fit my length needs and they end unflattering although they fit my arm & torso length needs. I buy my regular size (XL) in this top and have comfortable thumb holes, a great hood with a warm fleece mouth guard when I’m waiting at base or sitting in the cold hiding for dogs. This shirt has it all!! I wear it as a base or second layer for warmth & insulation. Its fitted but not tight. It does pick up a LOT of dog hair but washes really well with no pilling. I love love love it and just bought a second one! I wear this as my mid layer or base layer on warmer days. Its so soft and doesn’t catch on dry winter skin when you forget to put lotion on. A+ product!
