Boxy
This fits like a men's jacket. I'm 5'2" & 126#. I ordered a Medium and would exchange it for a XS. Medium length- 26", 1/2" more in the back. Pit - pit and bottom of jacket- 20 1/2". I like the mesh pockets. There are also two large inner pockets. The jacket is pretty thin for having water and wind resistance and a fleece lining, which is a plus for me. The neck is loose, so it might get cold. I do not like the velcro sleeve adjustments, they are annoying to me. I would like to see this jacket in a women's styling.
Sizing
I only just received it so I’m only commenting on the sizing. It’s built for a woman with wider shoulders and narrower hips. Keep that in mind when you order. Shoulders and back fit me more like a medium would although I ordered a small. Normally I am petite extra small, but I ordered a small so I’d have room to layer underneath. Had I ordered a an extra small, I am sure it would’ve been too narrow in the hips judging from how the small size fits me. Bulky in waste area. I wish there were brighter colors available. I ordered the gray which is kind of dark and blah. This is kind of light weight. But I think it will suffice for the purpose for which I bought it, Which is basically to have something sturdier than my puffer to wear on hikes that is still water and wind resistant. OR is always good quality. Arrived quickly.
Great breathable jacket
I bought this for running and biking in colder weather, and it's the right warmth and breathability for that-- I just wish it was a little less stiff!
