Smartwool  Thermal Merino Neck Gaiter - Kids'

Really glad Smart Wool made this 250 gaiter for Kids. My son is 6 and will be using this when we nordic ski all winter long. Wool is the best for staying warm when wet, odor-resistant, and not needing to be washed often. It would be even better if the 250 was a tad longer for Kids, so I could tuck it into the neck opening of his baselayer - to really keep the wind out. But overall, grateful for this 250 Kids' gaiter and will be a continuing customer. I bought the L/XL for my 6 year old who is on the smaller side. I also tried it on and it's great for adults too who want a shorter gaiter.

I bought this kids s/m neck gaiter for myself to replace one that had been stolen. The former was purchased about six years ago. It was perfect. Half the length of the new version, form fitting around my neck and in perfect condition, less half the logo missing. I loved that thing and wore religiously!! The latter is somewhat disappointing as it is so loose around my neck so doesn't have the comfort and warmth I was used to. I have washed per directions hoping for some shrinkage. Now I'll wash and dry in hot temp and high heat. :hearts:️:v:??

Smartwool has the highest quality merino products, and I'm a long-time base layer customer of theirs. I wear merino wool year-round---their lightest weight merino hooded shirt for hiking and kayaking through the summer and the heavier base layers the other 3 mo. of the yr. Now I found that their (large) kid-size merino neck gaiters work well in the warm months to ward off my sunburn, chills & stray hair problems. And the colors and styles are fantastic!

This is a great gaiter, a really great weight, doubles as an ear wrap when folded and even fits me as a short gaiter. For XC skiing it's great because it vents well but I do wish it has a little more length for alpine skiing so the kids could tuck them in but overall it's fabulous. We rarely wash ours and they never seem to stink and it seems it will last to be handed down (if the kids don't lose them ??). #SmartwoolLove

Purchased for my Children who attend Nature School outside, year round, in MN. These gaiters keep them warm and dry through the wet cold days in the woods! Great for over the mouth and nose on bitter cold days, while also staying safe by not having something hanging off them that could catch on anything in the woods.

I like my neck warm on a cool day. Most gator style neck warmers are too warm. Too warm mean eventually too cold. I use this like a half layer. It is kind of like having a turtle neck on, but way better. You can pull it up or wear it down. My wife liked mine so much I had to get one for her so I could have mine back.

Every year I would buy a couple of the new print/pattern of the kids neck gaiter, the SM size fits my small neck perfectly compared to the adult size. They are not as bulky as the reversible ones which are for really cold weather, but still soft & warm enough for most winter days.

I have a small neck, the kid's sm size fits best for me. I also bought the adult reversible one which was a bit loose, but much thicker due to the double layers. I used them in different weathers, cool days & very cold days. The black color matched everything.

I wear it around my neck and head. Not used it over my face yet. It keeps my ears warmer than any any hats I've tried this far. There's nothing I don't like about it. It washes great, and air dries quickly. Which is especially great while on my runs sweating.
