Ship of Theseus... Fortunately I read another review claiming the brakes and fork were swapped out. When I received my bike I was disappointed to find the fork was changed for a cheaper version and so were the brakes. I'll be returning.
After a good bit of research, I ordered this for my son. Selling points for me included shimano brakes and the suntour xcr air fork. I realize that specs are subject to change, but I was disappointed to pick it up and find Tektro brakes and a suntour xcm coil fork. I can understand the brakes, but to downgrade the fork so drastically is pretty aggravating.
The frame, brake, dropper post on this bike a decent! The rest needs to be replaced!!
Great bike, service, a bit pricey but as a member you get discounts. So satisfying to buy at store.
Great bike at that price, nice ride on single track, little on the heavy side.
This is my first nice mountain bike and I have really enjoyed it! The other reviews mentioned the cheaper components, but for me it’s been perfect as I am very much a beginner. Also easily upgradable parts wise.
