Sizing Notes

Select the letter that matches your shoe size range. Letters on all Superfeet products represent heel cup width. For Superfeet insoles to work properly, your heels must be "in" the heel cup entirely, not "on" the heel cup on either side of foot. Stand on a pair of Superfeet in the letter that corresponds closest to your shoe size making sure your heel fits nice and snug "in" the heel cup. If that heel cup is too small, select the next letter size up. After you find your perfect heel-cup fit, simply trim the excess foam (using the sock liner from any of your shoes as a guide) and insert the new trimmed insoles into your shoes (removing the sock liners first).

Sits Too High in Shoe
These felt great in my Asics Kayano running shoes, but they made my foot sit too high in the shoe. With that, I had half of the ankle support the shoe normally provides.

Fantastic insoles from Superfeet

I recently tried the Superfeet Adapt insole, and I must say, it's the most comfortable and budget-friendly option I've come across from this brand. As someone with high arches, I struggled to find adequate support for my ON shoes with their other insoles. However, the Adapt insole has been a game-changer. It provides the perfect level of arch support and cushioning, making it an excellent introductory choice for gym shoes. If you're in search of a reliable Superfeet insole that won't break the bank, I highly recommend giving the Adapt a try!

Great insoles, love the cushion and stability

These are great insoles that work well for me. I have plantar fasciitis, and these provide the stability, cushioning, and flexibility I need to support running.

Did Not Provide The Support I Needed

Just buy real orthotic inserts! These were recommended based on the website's questionnaire, regarding my intended use of the insert. I found the arch support little better than the inserts that came with my shoes. They never did provide any appreciable relief to sore arches, etc. Admittedly, as a mail carrier, I walk an aggressive 12-15 miles a day on concrete, so your miles may vary (pun intended).

Not for my feet

I use two other super feet inserts so thought I would try these. Set my plantar fasciitis back. I’m sure they are fine for other neet just not mine
