Smartwool  Thermal Merino Reversible Cuffed Beanie - Kids'

Good quality 100% merino wool beanie - I really like that. Is thin, but warm, not bulky so I can fit it under other hats and headphones. Took off one star because the sizing is all over the place. I'm an adult and use the kid's size L/XL because they're cheaper and they fit, but you might have to try each individual hat to see if it works for you, even though they are all technically the same size. For example, one of the pink hats was much smaller than the black/white hat, even though they were both kid's size L/XL. So, I don't know if it varies based on the pattern of the hat. I even tried the adult version of this beanie which was one size fits all, and it was smaller than the kid's L/XL, so go figure.

Great hat but not reversible. I purchased the Winter Sky color. The pictures are deceiving. In the pictures, it looks like the sides are 2 different colors. They are not. It is only the darker of the 2 shades. Plus, there's a tag on one side that you'll need to be very careful in removing so as not to damage the stitching. I do really like the hat though. This is the second Smartwool beanie I've bought and I hope this one lasts as long as the other one has.

I fit into both sizes of the kid's beanies after checking the measurements. The beanie has a lot a stretch and with the extra fabric cuff, it covers my ears against the wind, plus the tight knit helps. It's streamlined enough to wear a hood over it in frigid weather, I use it for hiking a local hillside trail and everyday use here in the PNW in the fall and winter. Love the mountain scape design and the brighter kid's colors!

These beanies are compact so I can store in a coat pocket when traveling outside to in, great for running errands around town. very lightweight but warm-I measured to make sure the kid's sizes fit me. the smallest size fits snug so it won't blow off in the wind and it has enough of a cuff to cover my ears. I've purchased several of these beanies, so far so good. Still need to see how they hold up after extended wear

This hat is very cute but the pattern I received is not like the one in the photo. The photos showed one side was solid and the other was printed. Both sides are printed. Disappointed because I liked the solid color.

This hat is wonderfully soft and cozy. It is breathable and not itchy at all. I bought the kids size because my head runs on the smaller side, and I didn't want it to slip down over my eyes. Fits great!

This is perfect for my 18 month old with a larger than average head. It's warm enough without being bulky, I feel better that it's wool, and he doesn't try to take it off. Will definitely order more!

Bought four off these beanies, one for everyone in our family. Nice and warm without being bulky. Ever only had them for a few weeks so we can't speak to how washable or durable these are.

Washed it once and the pilling was horrible. I have 2 of these hats in the adult size and have washed them many times without issue. I don't understand why this one is different.

I purchased a small for my 3 year old and a medium for my 6 year old. They fit perfect and they're really nice and warm. Great hats for the winter to go under their hood!
