Fits my camera!
I needed a day bag that could hold my Fujifilm XE mirrorless camera and other essentials (wallet, passport, earbuds, keys, medication, etc.) for an upcoming trip. I brought my camera into my local REI store and tried all of the slings there. Of the handful of slings that could fit my camera, this one was far and away my favorite because of its capacity and because the quality of bag was much better than anything else in the store. It fits my camera and has plenty of room to spare. At first, I wasn't sure I needed all of the anti-theft features, but I ended up using them on my trip and I'm actually quite impressed with how they work. At restaurants, I can hook the strap of the sling around the table leg and keep it locked there so that I can eat in peace without worrying that somebody might run by and take my bag. And of course, the main compartment can be locked for extra security if you're wearing the sling on your back. I also really like that there's an interior pocket for your passport. It fits my passport perfectly and it gives me peace of mind because I always know where my passport is and where to put it. I'm a petite woman at 5'4" and while the sling is definitely on the larger size, I don't think it overwhelms my frame. Overall, very pleased with this sling and I'm excited to bring it on future trips.
Secure travel bag
I needed a secure way to carry my valuables and passport while traveling throughout Spain. This Pacsafe bag can be worn around the waist or over a shoulder. I felt confident with the cut resistant strap / bag and the lock on the strap and bag opening. It also packs easily in carry-on luggage. Depending on how full it is, can be worn under a coat/ light jacket. I would recommend this as an option.
Utilitarian with an Ingenious Locking System
I'm on my way home from a few weeks in Italy... making my way through airports, train stations, and the streets of Milan where pickpockets thrive on unsuspecting tourists. I found the Urban Sling to be a utilitarian and welcome travel companion that greatly reduced the likelihood that I would become a victim. By European standards, the sling is not exactly stylish, but it sure works well! The zipper system is ingenious! The average pickpocket isn't likely to quickly figure out how the locking mechanism operates, and even if they did, the two zipper handles interlock one another and make it awkward to open unless you are familiar with the system. The interior compartment is very utilitarian and spacious. There's room for all of your important documents... passports, airline tickets, wallet, etc., while still having room for a small camera, water bottle, or similar.
international travel bag
Me and my partner use this during all of our international trips. It’s great for carrying battery and charging cables for the day, medications, currency, passports and other things needed while out in the day. It comes with additional strap on the outside to attach sanitizer to for quick access and a hero clip makes it great to keep off the ground. Can’t imagine traveling without it anymore. We’ve used this in hikes and metropolitan outings and can’t recommend more highly!
Great bag
As all Pacsafe products, this is another great bag! It is good as a sling but can also be worn around the waist. This is another addition to my collection and is great for traveling or walks in the park. I highly recommend!
Great pack for traveling!
Compact, lightweight and secure. It worked great to be able to keep both hands free while traveling. It should also serve very well for short hikes. I like the locking features and the ease in swiveling it around to gain access to the contents.
