Usable, not a great design + strap quality issue.
It's usable, but the design is not great and there are quality issues with the strap. There are two compartments. One has an internal zip pocket, a non-sip pocket, card slots, and a zipper almost all the way around, so it can be opened like a book. The other is a general compartment, no internal stuff, that opens only at the top. It's hard to put anything else on the wallet side (including a separate wallet or card case if you use one). There would be space, but if you try to slide things in from the top, they catch on the card slots and/or anything you have in them. The division between the compartments is semi-rigid around the outside but thin and bulge-prone inside. That makes it hard to use all of the space. The rigidity constrains how much you can put on each side, but you can't really use the sum of those internal spaces. If you put a lot of stuff in the non-wallet side, it bulges into the wallet side while also being hard to get at due to the limited top opening, and the internal bulging makes it hard to take things in and out of the wallet side. Additionally, the rigid-rectangle shape sits awkwardly (at least on a 5'3" curvy person). On quality, one of the strap attachments tore a bit before I'd even used it, when I was just putting stuff in. It's still attached and hasn't torn more in use, so we'll see whether that's just an annoyance or more.

Very confusing product info

I bought this bag for travel. I like its small size, light weight and the compartments. However, the Sherpani tag that comes with it apparently has nothing to do with this model. It shows a chair lock, locking zippers, and RFI protection, none of which this bag has. REI probably trusted Shepani's description but it isn’t accurate.

Wanted to Love It

I really wanted to love this little crossbody bag. Unfortunately there are a couple of design issues that make it hard to use. It is very awkward to use the main zippered compartment. You have to remove the bag from your shoulder and lie it flat on the counter to get to the cash and change pockets. And with even minimal items in the bag the zipper sticks badly making it hard to zip up easily. The front stash pocket has stretched out after a couple months use (I put my phone and a compact pair of reading glasses there). The bag would also greatly benefit from being 1/4-1/2 inch thicker to better accommodate a phone with a case, passport & cards in the provided slots.

Slim crossbody bag suits us well

Handy small crossbody bag - small pockets, but if you want compact, this one is great. Phone, wallet, a few small items. Anything more is a stretch (sunglasses). The tags on the product advertised a feature (a locking mechanism) that does not exist. The website no longer shows that info, but the physical tags on the bag do. That was confusing and caused some significant online searches until we figured it out. Sturdy little purse - we like it a lot so far.

No RFID, no locking zippers

I wanted to love this bag - in fact I purchased three (one for me and one for each adult daughter) in anticipation of a family trip. As I was removing the tags that clearly indicated several safety features, I realized the the bag lacked the critical ones. There was no RFID protection, no locking zippers, and the strap was flimsy. I returned all three.

Sherpani - women's cruz travel bag

I bought this small crossbody bag for traveling overseas. It's just the right size. It sets up well with various pockets, opens easily enough for quick access to cards, other information and i-phone. My only complaint is that the change pocket is too small.

Low Quality

This is poorly made. You can feel the cardboard giving it structure. The price point is way too high for the quality. Having to pay the cost of round trip shipping is upsetting

Great compact, versatile purse

I love this purse. I only have 2 things about it that i wish were different. I wish the strap was removable and that the zipper was a bit smoother.

Perfect!

I was recently injured and spent several weeks in a wheelchair or on crutches. This crossbody bag was perfect size for holding my phone, sunglasses and any credit cards etc. that I might need, but was small enough to be comfortable for long periods and not interfere with my crutches. The strap was long enough to be very adjustable and the bag itself was attractive. Perfect bag!
