Love the shorts but stitching issues
I have a huge fan of Duer pants and shorts. The recent purchase of the Live Lite Short there was an issue with the stitching around the fly. The fly area was not stitched and there was a hole along the seam. I filled out a return form, but it was too big of a hassle to send them back and pay for shipping (even though the item came damaged). So I ended up getting out my needle and thread and hand stitched the fly seam so I could just wear them. I do love the shorts! I have 6 pairs of pants and love all of them. The fabric is incredible soft and breathable. Overall I would highly recommend anything from Duer.
Awesome on and off the bike
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it mostly for walking/casual wear because the inseam seems perfect for that. Today, I tried it on my bikr and it was equally good!
Love the feel
nice and slim, just the right height above the kneelove the form and easy to move around true to sizegood for hot temps
These are winners!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the way these look and feel. Very comfortable and a great style.
Nice, but not durable at all
These shorts were great while they lasted, which unfortunately was not very long at all. Within a year of regular use (maybe wearing once a week on average, mostly for just day-to-day activities) there is a hole fully worn through in the crotch, a seem near the but is starting to come apart, and some fabric on the front are starting to come unraveled. The rest of the shorts are good as new, but I can't use them with the crotch coming apart!
So far so good
Bought these to use as casual bike commuting shorts, something I can wear to the office or to brunch that wicks sweat and cools quickly, and they've been fantastic for that. They are vanity-sized quite a bit (and that's before stretch) so I wear them with a belt.
Love these shorts
Stretchy material makes them comfortable for anything. I've worn them hiking and on a cross-country road trip. Won't wear my other shorts anymore. Definitely need a belt, as the stretchiness applies to the waistline, but I usually wear one anyways.
Great Warm Weather Shorts
Simple review. The shorts were tested in Egypt for almost two weeks. Great material to begin with, breathable, odor proof, enough stretch for terrain walking. They performed well day after day. Definitely worth having for the warmer days
Busted Zipper
Zipper broke, slight fading after a few washes (not that big of a deal but still annoying for 80 dollar shorts). Saw a pair in the garage sale with the same issues as the shorts I just exchanged.
Wonderful shorts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fit and appreciate that the fabric is not so 'polyester-y'. The leg fit is tighter than many other shorts (but not too tight) - it's what drew ke to these shorts.I've been losing weight so i'm a bit between sizes and the stretchiness of the fabric makes them fit nicely in the waist.Main drawback is that they do get a bit wrinkled after wash & hang-dry, but that goes away soon after wearing.
