Fabulous hat! It's stylish, comfortable, and adds much-needed protection from the sun with a UPF 50+. The inside has adjustable band ties, and the outside bead accents entwined around the leather ties add an element of fashion and fun! I will definitely be purchasing more hats from this company.

I have a big melon head and despaired that I would never find a nice-looking women's sun hat that did not make me look like I'm going on a safari. I took this hat on a recent trip to Savannah and New Orleans. It held up great against some very sunny days. It also packed well and regained its shape easily.

Bought the hat for our beach trip and photo session….it was a hit!!

I absolutely love this hat. It's cute and functional, with a wide brim that keeps the sun off my face (and shoulders, depending on the time of day), and the brim holds its shape, so it doesn't flop in my face like others do. It's totally packable and still maintains its shape after being folded up and stuffed in a bag. Also, you can adjust it on the inside to fit more snugly if it's windy. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this hat. It's the wide-brimmed hat I've been searching for over the last few years.

This is a really nice wide brimmed hat. It folds up nicely and returns to its original shape. Looks great and fits perfectly. It has the ability to pack up nicely for travel, however, because it is made of paper, it gets just a tiny bit frayed when roughed up in a suitcase. If you are buying a hat primarily for travel purposes, I'd recommend going with a different material such as the Lucia hat which is made from raffia. Otherwise though, great comfortable hat! When this one wears out, I will probably purchase another.

This is a very comfortable lightweight hat that looks great with pretty much everything. My only lament is that it is partially made of paper so it can't really get wet. Also not ideal for packing...I packed it in a suitcase for vacation and it looked a little weathered when it came out. It will not crush down into a purse, so if you don't need a hat ALL day, you will need to hold it. But other than that, it's perfect for sunny days when I'm staying local. I'm glad I bought it.

This hat has a chin strap which I really like. Nice shape and good fit too.

I was surprised to find after purchase that the content of the hat is 50% polyester 50% paper. It dies not look or feel like paper. This concerns me for the longevity of the hat. I’m wondering how it will hold up in rain. I have worn the hat only three times, twice fir yard work and once for a weekend camping trip. It is cool comfortable and stayed on in light wind. My baby’s grabbing at the brim did not damage the hat.

it's a nice soft hat and the UPF 50+ was a good selling point, but I didn't know that this hat was 50% paper because it wasn't on the tags or I probably wouldn't have bought it as you can only wear it when it's sunny. in small print the tag says to avoid rain or wet conditions so if you're out and it starts to rain i guess you have tho take it off and just get wet yourself!

I love this sun hat! The quality and the size of the brim is just perfect. I also love that it is adjustable. I will be wearing this all summer long in the Texas heat. This is my third hat from Sunday Afternoons and I am sure I will be buying more hats from them! The hat box they come in is great for storage and it has a cool print on the inside.
