Good, but not sold as pair
Good protection. Ordered what I thought was 2 pairs, but they only sent 2 sleeves. Disappointed that it doesn’t specify that you are ordering a single sleeve vs a pair.

Not for women
I'm 5'2" 100lbs and got the small/medium. The circumference of the sleeves needs to be 2 inches smaller in order to fit women. The sun sleeves didn't fit my husband either, because the length is too short for his arm, leaving an uncovered gap between the sun sleeves and his tshirt sleeve. The Outdoor Research S/M sun sleeves fit him better though.

Small size too loose and slides down

I was excited to receive these running sleeves however, disappointed because they're too loose and slide down very quickly. My arm's circumference where the top sleeves hit measures 9.5 inches. I'll probably keep them and wear them (I like the grey color) but only the lower part of my arm will be shielded from the temps. The best running sleeves I've found were purchased 5 years ago - Brooks with a thick silicone band all around the top lip of the sleeve and the fabric was also softer and felt smoother. Those sleeves stay up!

Sun sleeves are a game-changer

I biked across the US and wore these on almost every ride from Chicago (where I bought them) to San Francisco (where I finished). Not having to sunscreen my arms was a game-changer. I started with the L/XL and went down to S/M in Des Moines. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the sleeves still slid down a little on occasion, once giving me a tiny sliver of sunburn between the sun sleeve and my jersey sleeve. I agree with other reviewers that they could be longer. Using the thumb hole under bike gloves was uncomfortable, and a longer sleeve may have reduced pressure on my hand.

Oh these things are freaking awesome!!!

I got these at an insane price because it seemed like they were discontinuing them, but more than likely making way for their next version for 2023. These things are awesome! They actually block the sun, no more sunscreen up & down my arms, and they somehow do keep your arms feeling a little cooler while riding. I would squirt some water on them from time-to-time because I've seen others do it & it was like air conditioning until it all evaporated. I am so glad I got these. Next time I am in the store though I am going to check out their other brands because I want more. If you can get these, do not hesitate. Honestly, get a couple of pairs!

They stayed up on downhill mtb

Just wore the M/L Unisex on a 12 mile bike ride in 80 degree sun. They stayed on unlike my PI brand. The PI brand are ok going up, but coming down mtb trails they end up collapsing around my wrists. These didn't budge, so I'm pleased after one ride. My mid-biceps are about 12" circumference. My only complaint is that they may be a bit warmer than the PI brand, but the goal is to block sun.

Tore a hole the first time using

When putting it on my (skinny) arm for the first time, I heard a tearing sound and found a small hole near the seam. See photo.

Awesome fit & quality!

Excellent fit and stay in place during my pickleball matches and other outdoor activities. I plan to order two more pairs - another in off white, another in peri. I chose these over the Outdoor Research sleeves as the OR in small were way too big for me and I returned them. I’m female, about 5’2” weighing 112 pounds. So if you’re on the smaller side these are the way to go! Love the quality too.

Meh armsleeves at a good price

The price was good, so I'm willing to keep them. On the good side, the thumb hole fits well, and they feel like they protect me from the sun. And they keep my wrist/hands a bit warmer on cold mornings. Here are the couple of product issues it'd be nice if they solved. I am an arm sleeve expert, as I have four different brands of sleeves on my shelves. So I'm getting pretty good at arm sleeve products. The upper arm portion tends to slide. I can only see it getting worse as they get worn. Other arm sleeves tend to have a rubber/silicone band at the top to both stick to your skin better, and not stretch as badly as the fabric will stretch. There is no watch slit like some other sun sleeves. It would be very nice to have a minimal phone slit in the sun sleeves so you can look at your Strava to understand how terribly slow you're going.

Great sun and weed protection

I’ve been looking at Sun sleeves for a while and when these popped up on sale at REI I ordered them. I got them mainly for sun protection and then partly for protection when I weed eat the yard. They are fabulous! They stay up on my arms I love the thumb holes in them and I love this color and pattern. They are much better for weed eating then just sunscreen because most of the grass and stuff falls off of them whereas with sunscreen on bare arms it sticks. Also very light and wind permeable- they are not hot in high temps!

Good Fit and Protection

These sun sleeves fit well, I have a 19" arm length with a 12" bicep so the M/L size fits snuggly without being too tight. I use them for cycling, the L/XL would probably not stay in place during activity. The material provides good sun protection but does feel a tad warm on those 95-100° days but then again, what wouldn't?
