Comfy and cozy jeans!
First I have to say these are probably the softest, most comfortable jeans I've ever worn. I do love the color and feel the style and cropped length and slight flair will be cute for spring and summer with sandals. I wore mine with my ankle rain boots. There are a couple issues I had with these jeans. The biggest issue is the size. They feel great when I put them on but after a couple hours I'm yanking them up and by the end of the day I can slide them off without unbuttoning them. I'd say if I'd sized down they may have fit better. Second the zipper on the pair I have is a bit sticky to get down. I had to work at it a few times and felt like I might break the zipper. Lastly, not sure if I am a fan of the cut out design of the inner thighs. Not that noticable but still not a big fan. Sort of made me feel like my thighs were thicker looking and I already have muscular thighs so I don't need that. Overall, I do like them but would recommend trying one size smaller.
Most comfortable jeans ever!
While out of town on a mini vacation, I stumbled upon these jeans in a local shop. I’m usually a 31 in jeans, but the largest size they had was a 29. The sales lady said “try them…they will fit!” I didn’t believe her but agreed to try them on. They fit perfectly! I even tried a 28, and they fit too, but I liked the way the 29 looked better. They are absolutely the most comfortable jeans I’ve ever worn. I told my husband I don’t feel like I’m wearing pants when I have them on. I’m so excited to see that REI carries them, since I definitely want to buy another pair or two.
Wider in waist, tighter around legs and butt
I was hoping these would be baggier, like most reviews stated. I deliberately went up a size. I'm 5'8", 152 lbs, athetic build, with big glutes and legs, pretty straight an narrow in the hip (37.5"), waist 29.5". I bought a 29/30. Length was good. Waist was ok, but a bit loose, and I could see these falling down my hips if I loose 5 lbs. Upper leg still set fitting and butt too. The material is amazing, soft and stretchy. I will look into more of boyfriend fit or get these 1 or 2 size smaller for the waist. I guess the models in the picture have skinnier legs an butt, which is why I moved up a size, but then the waist was too loose...
Super comfortable!
These are probably the most comfortable jeans I've ever owned! Soft fabric, fits great when you are looking for that lose look.
Fabulous cut, size down 1 size
These jeans have a very flattering cut for my hour glass figure. The fabric is very soft and stretchy without looking techi at all. My measurements are 33 waist and 44 hips. I have both the 33 and the 32. They both look well fitting, but the 32 is a better wearing experience. The 33 tends to slide down.... But oddly it doesn't look baggy.
A really nice liveable pant in a shorter length for summer.
These girlfriend jeans are so stretch and comfortable!They are easy to put on and look casually well-dressed without too much effort.They dress up with a nice top.The light wash is niced and summery. The pockets ate deep and useful. I purchased the 28 waist and shorter length for summer, but buy the longer length for fall and winter.For reference ; I weigh 144 lbs. , around 5’7” tall and most of my height is in my legss.These jeans are very flattering on my 63 year old frame. Not to tight, not sloppy baggy either. Just a nice classic, and dignified look.At my age, after comfort, what more can a body ask for.Thanks Duer!
Love these jeans
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these jeans. Much more comfortable than other jeans. The sizing is vanity sizing for sure. My waist is around 31.5 or 32 these days and I wear the 29. The hips/thighs are generous. There is a small waist gap but not too bad -I can pull them in with a belt. I have stopped wearing all my other jeans except my two Duer girlfriend pairs. The high rise ones don’t fit the same - had big gaps at the waist. Sad cause I wanted the flares. I’m going to buy the solid black for work and would love more undistressed colors for the office. Or midrise trousers with a similar fit to these in the waist and hips and backside.
Jeans that feel like pajamas
I love these jeans so much. They feel very soft like that very old pair of jeans from long long ago that we wished we held onto. Material is still durable and not thin, just comfortable. It’s like sweatpants or pajamas. I like that they aren’t the super high waist and they fit fairly well: no gap at the back and they fit my muscular thighs and calves. I wore them for 4 days on a trip and they do give a little stretch but I didn’t feel like they were saggy in the knees or anything. They are a bit expensive so I wait for sales but worth it. Please carry more colors/wash. I now have them in black and the light blue wash. I’m short so the 28 length is awesome. I can cuff them to make them fit the current style with Chelsea boots.
Nice material
Interesting design with the gusset. I really liked the material and the fit until they were too tight around my calves. Most jeans are though. I'm going to have to send them back unfortunately. I wish the calf area was an ich wider so they wouldn't bunch up around the knee area.
Comfort is unreal
The comfort of these jeans is incredible. I'm starting to wear them everyday! A little bit looser than my other pair of Duers, but i think that's just the style. love them, only improvement is that they make petite versions in the future! I'm 5'2" and cuffing these or maybe hemming is a must (with the 28in inseam)
