Run small/skinny
I purchased size L & XL for my kids who are both at the lower end of the stated size ranges. We hand washed once and they are too small/tight. Seems like the issue is more tightness vs length. Otherwise lovely socks, hope Icebreaker will revise the design. But would not recommend until then, unless maybe your kid has super skinny feet.
Kid could feel the print
Nice sock, but the kid could feel the design on his foot. I could feel it with my hand too, but it didn't bother me. He refuses to wear them - and is very picky. But as an outsider, they look great, and feel nice.
