The kid likes this North Face more than a similar Columbia rain jacket. What wasn't obvious from the photos was the huge "North Face" name on the sleeve, which was a bit obnoxious. Just saying. I think the newer model did away with the sleeve name.
Bought this for my son as the always ready rain coat for our frequent Colorado summer afternoon showers. It looks great and keeps him dry. Just what I was looking for.
My kids love the breathability and quality of these jackets and refuse to leave home without them!
My son loves this new rain jacket. He thinks it's 'cool' which helps inspire him to wear it more.
