This is the first vest I've used for running (I had tried on a Salomon women's but it was too much). I just used it today for 1 1 /2 hour trail run and it was awesome! Love how thin the back is - I didn't like other vests I've tried on because it's too much fabric and I get hot. It's of course hotter than not wear a vest, but the racerback style does help keep that heat to a minimum. The water bottles it comes with are great. I put my keys and ID in the zippered pocket, and a gel in each side pocket (it could've held more, easily). I was originally going to put my phone in the zipper pocket, but I was worried it was too big and would stretch out the material, so my phone didn't fit in the vest for today.
