Great for every day use
I have 4 of these shorts now, I use this shorts for chilling at camp, working out, sleeping, hiking etc. Super comfortable and light weight.
Great just about anywhere
I have been a long-time fan of Vuori. I love the feel of the material, and the fit is stylish yet very comfortable. These shorts are no exception. Even though these are in the “shorter shorts” but not “short shorts” category, they are long enough and don’t crawl up my legs when I sit. I have hiked in them, where they move with me but seem rugged enough that I can sit on a rock without worrying about ripping them. The thigh pocket is just roomy enough for my iPhone11, but I suspect the Pro model would be a bit too big for it. The hand pockets are fine, but my phone does try to slide out when I am driving, although they work fine when I am standing or walking. Make no mistake: They are priced like Vuori. But I have had pants and shirts from them for years, and they hold up well. Plus, the material can go through the washer and dryer with no harm done. I think the shorts will do equally well in the long run.

Great shorts. Was a bit concerned about shorter length than my standard cargo length but fine. They fit perfect. Pockets are cool. Very well made.

I ordered these site unseen because I enjoy everything Vuori (slowly amassing a wardrobe from REI garage sale rack lol). They are heavy for a pair of shorts and the fabric is thicker giving them more structure. Not bad, still one of my favorite pairs of shorts, just different from most Vuori products. They are my go to gym shorts since they look a little nicer and have a zippered pocket to keep things in place on the bench.
My Favorite Shorts!
I just bought a 3rd pair of these shorts, I wear them often. They are perfect for casual days, lounging around the house, or even going to the gym. These are really the best all around/multi-purpose shorts I have tried. Very comfortable, and the pockets are great. Not ideal if you plan to get wet though. If going swimming or something I would suggest the Banks shorts instead.
Perfect Shorts
A game changer now that my husband is out of his wheelchair after surgery. These shorts are lightweight, comfortable, well designed, and have great pockets. I appreciated the fast REI shipping to our rural address.

These are very comfortable. Coming from basketball shorts, I find that these shorts are shorter than I would like, but it is okay. The pockets are great.

I wish they had more color options, but they are so very comfortable and they breathe.
