[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new women's Halle Pant II made with ReZion! They are great for everyday outdoor activities, I go hiking very often and these work great on my hikes! The material is earth-friendly, light and airy. The pants have ventilated inseams for more mobility and breathability. I really like that you can wear the pants long or knee high with the snaps to secure a hem roll up, other of my favorite features are the side zipper pocket, the back pockets with flap snaps, the deep front pockets, and the genius waist drawstring and zip fly dual functionality!! There are so many great features that make the new Halle Pants best on the market! I love these outdoor pants and recommend them.
I bought a pair of these last year in the gray camo, because I could not find the black in my size anywhere (0 Short). I was so excited to order the black this fall and several other colors - except these are not at all the same pants. I don’t know if my original pair was a fluke, the current pair is a fluke, or the changes to the pants have simply rendered them unwearable. I am terribly disappointed as the gray camo pair is a favorite but NSW and the black pair will go back pronto (along w my plans to by a few more pairs). Dang!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never tried any pants with this type of material. I am very surprised by the great quality of these pants. It's a pant that looks good on my body. I'm 5'3" and 176lbs, the size 10 pant fits perfectly. I'm enjoying using it on these rainy and sunny days. It gets wet a little, it dries pretty quickly. The hem roll option I liked a lot, because it is very versatile to be able to use it in two ways. The extra pockets are very useful too. These pants are perfect. I highly recommend
I have fallen love with my prAna Halle Pant II. First off, these are a 4 Regular with a 32' inseam in the color coal. When I first put them on, I thought they were so comfortable I could sleep in them in the winter. They are very roomy which is how I like my hiking and biking pants. The pants have a zipper, buttons and pant strings, but I can actually slide them down if needed. Second, I prefer looser pants and shorts in the hot temperatures in Florida. I find it easier to hike and bike when the pants have room for my legs to bend and squat. If you prefer your pants tighter, I would go down a size because they do run slightly larger. Next, the Halle Pant II comes with the perfect pockets ! They have 2 front and back large pockets, the rear pockets have buttoned flaps, and then an additional side zippered pocket on the front right side. I was able to fit my Samsung phone, my small wallet, and my keys in the front three pockets for hiking. The pants come with two snaps on the lower sides so I was able to roll them up to just below my knees for my bike rides. The comfort and durability of the material is superior! The second or third time I wore them, I got caught in a horrible rainstorm and I was 25 miles away from home on a 50 mile bike ride. The pants deflected the water and kept me from feeling drenched. I posted pictures below on my return from that wet ride. The sun came back out during the final miles and the pants were almost dry by the time I got home. These pants are amazing ! I also love the fit and style of the Halle Pant II. I feel comfortable running to the store or meeting friends for coffee in them because they look so stylish - the cut and details are very flattering. I highly recommend the Halle Pant II for hikers, bikers and women who love to run errands in super cozy pants.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Halle pants II are now my favorite pants. These pants are truly comfortable. The fabric is made with ReZion recycled nylon blend stretch performance fabric. -Ventilated inseam gusset for added mobility and breathability. These pants were made for ultimate comfort and that they are. I wear them every day for work. I love the functional zip fly and the updated button closure with interior drawstring and the invisible zipper closure. I get compliments every day and I tell my friends they feel and fit as good as they look.
I love these pants! The material is durable, has a good weight, and is really comfortable. I was immediately impressed by the fit and fabric. They were immediately comfortable and are figure flattering. The boot cut is perfect for fitting over my hiking boots. Having both belt loops and a drawstring seemed odd at first, but once I put on my backpack with a waist strap, I was happy that I didn’t need a belt to hold them snuggly up. When wearing them off trail- to dinner in town, they look equally great, because the belt loops allowed me to dress them up a bit. I love that they are long enough for me 5’9”. I weight 137 lbs and a size 8 is perfect. They skim my body and don’t bind anywhere. The front thighs pocket is great for keys, ID, and chapstick. I have worn these pants everywhere. They are stylish enough to wear around town or even out to dinner, but they are really well made for the trail. The knees are articulated. The fabric has enough give, but does not stretch out over the day. The ability to roll up and snap the legs securely was really good when the weather warms up mid day. I can’t wait to get another pair.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a new pair of pants to wear on my outdoor adventures and these ones by Halle were the perfect choice. I recently wore these pants to go hiking and I am impressed! These pants are absolutely amazing! They are 100% cotton and are super comfortable! The pants move with you, the material is very flexible. These pants are true to size as I got theses pants in my normal size and they fit perfectly. I had washed and dried these pants prior to wearing and they came out as good as new. The pants have a zipper with two buttons as well as a draw string at the waist so no matter what activity I doing I know my pants will stay up! There are two front pockets, 2 back snap closures as well as a side zipper pocket. All of the pockets are great and keep my personal items nice and secure. The material is extremely durable and perfect for both winter and summer months. These pants also offer roll up leg snaps which is great for when you want to roll up your pant legs. These pants are also water repellent and offer UPF 50+ protection. I think Halle thought of everything when designing these pants! If you are looking for a high quality pair of pants, I highly recommend these ones by Halle!
I bought these before leaving to travel for 8 months. I've found the Halle II shorts to be perfect, these are almost there. These are one of only two pairs of pants I packed (the others are a pair of athletic leggings). Not only have I worn them in 12+ countries in the last 8 months, I have put them through a lot. They are great for hiking, sight-seeing, and everyday use. I have used them for trekking through the jungle, hiking mountains, sleeping on trains, and sightseeing cities. I have hand washed them, line dried, machine washed, and machine dried. They dry quickly and have a bit of stretch (which is great for being active). Because the legs are loose enough at the bottom that I am able to roll them to mid/upper-shin, but still tight enough that they can be tucked into hiking socks, which has been helpful in varying temperatures and environments. I also like that there are two small ventilation holes in the crotch of the pants. **The only drawbacks are that the fabric has started to pill in the crotch of the pants and the sizing of the pockets. I use my phone for taking photos and like to have it handy when hiking. If I put my phone in the front pocket, it hinders my mobility and makes large strides up or down / climbing more challenging. Additionally, with a case on my phone, the zippered pocket on the right leg is too small for my phone to fit without a lot of struggle. Otherwise, these pants are great!
I love the shape and the fit. Unfortunately, the fabric developed visible wear (uneven, nobbly, thinner structure) between the thighs and on top of the thighs... within two months of normal use. I didn't do any serious outdoor activities, just day-to-day wear. Pity.
I have been wearing the original Halle pants for 8 or 9 years and LOVE them, they are my go to work pants and I work with dogs that like to jump on you. About a year ago, I purchased a pair of Halle 2 pants because the originals were no longer available. I actually love the new fit (higher waist and deeper pockets), didn't mind the gussets, not in love with the sheen to the fabric. But the most disappointing part is after less than a year of weekly wear (same as my 9 year old pants!), I've noticed the fabric is not nearly as durable as the originals. They snag very easily and the seams along the butt, crotch and belt loops are fraying with the stretch material, giving me an unflattering "hairy" look. I will no longer wear them in public. This is not the quality or durability I've come to expect from Prana or these pants. In the pictures, the darker pants are the Halle 2, lighter pants are 8 year old originals. I don't mind the fit changes, but please, bring back the original fabric.
