Good Traction just not so good on tread life
I have not had any problems with these tires on my 600X but I will say after a year of use the rear on these really wears down ... it the nature of knobby tires when you transition areas on asphalt paths between trails that this will occur ... I have these set as tubeless and I have had no flats and I done more than a few bike packing adventures on them

These tires have been easily punctured on 2/2 trips I’ve done. Seem very thin for even fire roads. Cracking observed at base of knobs after not much use.
You get what you pay for
Low rolling resistance. Good cornering grip. Good on traction. A bit heavy. I read good reviews all over the web about these but I gotta say, I've had more flats than ever! It seems like a thorn even looks at them sideways and I flat. Maybe it's just me...
Great tires at a great price
Finding a narrow width 29er tire is hard. These tires are great. For the price they are even better. Just took them on a two day downhill trail riding trip. Absolutely no issues. Would definitely buy again.
ran them tubeless anyway
These came OEM on my DRT 2.1 in a 27.5x2.8 configuration. The rims were tubeless ready but these were not officially supported to run tubeless. However I did it anyway and it did seem to take a little more sealant than normal, but they held fine in the end. You could see more than normal amount of sealant pooling in spots along the rim/bead interface. I quite liked these as they are light and roll fast on paved paths on my way to the trails. However, the 30tpi casing does not inspire confidence on rocky trails. I did experience a pinhole puncture from someone's earring on the road, and it sealed up quickly as expected. I am finally putting these away after riding on them for a summer, as I couldn't get over the anxiety of riding these on technical trails. I have moved on to burlier tires with a 120tpi casing. The Rangers worked perfectly fine for me, and though I cannot recommend running these tubeless as that is not how they are intended to be used, I have found them to function admirably in the time I ran them. I must say, that it is quite annoying for new bikes to be sold "Tubeless Ready" with non tubeless compatible tires.
This tires are NO good I bought GT Avalanche bicycle 3 months ago the bicycle came with this tires and already had 6 times flat tire I would not recommend this tires to anyone!
