So comfy and stay in place!
These socks are so comfortable and stay in place. No more stopping mid run to adjust your slipping sock. They also do a great job of pulling moisture away from your foot and were perfect for running trails in variable spring conditions. My new favorite socks!
Cute design, great colorway, but runs very small
Great, cushy socks with a fun design. But they run very small. My mom wears a sz 9 or 9.5, and the size L just fits her feet, and the calf opening is very tight and pinches her even just above the ankle (as she can't comfortably pull them up further). She has fairly slim legs so I imagine this sizing anomaly will be prohibitive for most. I'd originally bought her the sz M, but those weren't large enough for her feet, and the calf tightness was the same. This means that the design is not increasing the size of the calf opening in any proportion relative to the feet. I know everyone's legs are different, but these truly are too tight. Perhaps good for folks with skinny feet and very, very slim legs.
runs very small
These socks seem like they would be comfortable, but I ordered according to their size chart and chose small for my size 7 foot. The socks were way too small; the heel came to only my instep. When I compared them to my 6-year-old's socks, they were about the same size.
Good Socks, Super-Cute
These are very nice socks for my needs. The "lightweight" description refers to the thickness of the socks. They are lined with a light to medium cushion on the bottom. They're super-cute, too. A tortoise and a hare chase each other around your ankle (not very visible in the pictures). These are fine for walking or wearing around the house on a cold day.
No blisters!
Comfortable, quick drying and no blisters after a 10 hour day running mountain trails and fording river crossings. I wear a women’s 9.5-10 shoe and a size L fits well. Hoping these last a long time!
Best socks I’ve ever had - really
A friend told me about a year ago that he bought some socks at REI he really liked - Darn Tough. I bought a pair, and they felt so good I immediately bought 2 more pair. Now I have 9 pair and only wear Darn Tough. Feel free to edit
great lightweight socks but shrink a bit
I am a size 6.5/7 in most shoes and bought these in a size small. They’re great lightweight socks for running, hiking, or daily wear. However I would order I size up next time since they did shrink a bit in the wash.
Perfect for summer hikes
I tried these thinner socks hoping they would help feet stay a bit cooler when hiking in summer time. I love they are thinner but still have some added support in toes and heals!
