Comfortable

I needed one for kayaking and it is very comfortable. it is short so it does not ride up on the seat back. It is pretty bulky in the front, you see the foam pieces bulging from the fabric underneath...but I just overlook that part. I have not tested it for effectiveness as I have not been in the actual water/swimming yet. But I feel safe with it on in case I do fall in. The XS/Small worked when I tightened all the straps since I am a small female. Also, very pleasantly surprised, after you purchase your lifevest, there is a postcard that lets you get 1 year free ACA membership! That's awesome, saves you $40 :) Perks of getting this MTI!

Good Basic PFD

If you're looking for a good, basic Class III PFD, this might be just what you're looking for. No pockets or other fancy features, this uses three clips to hold everything in place. The yellow is very bright, so makes you very visibile when in the water. It does tend to ride up a little when paddling a kayak, but that could be related to the seat back.
