JBL  Charge 5 Portable Speaker

This JBL Bluetooth speaker is awesome. I was able to customize it with one of my artworks and it looks great. It sound amazing. I'm a big reggae fan and reggae needs a high volume of bass to Appreciate the sound of the reggae riddim and this speaker doesn't disappoint. It pushes the bass ridding in a dig way for such a small speaker. JBL realized the thumping bass is key to having a great product. Thank you I'm very happy.

Fantastic product. Music is clear even at loud volumes (though I wouldn’t recommend playing it at the highest volume for extended periods of time. I love how the pause and play symbols are at each ends of the bass. And as always, its best feature is the extreme portability. I love this so much more than my JBL charge 3!

Battery life is more than sufficient. Sound quality is on point. Love the color! The exclamation points on the sides bounce with the beats. Surface on the bottom keeps the unit in place. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

I own 6 jbl bluetooth speakers and love them all. I have 2 custom stretched lowrider bicycle. On one I have 2 charge 5's, the other bike 2 charge 4's. I also have a 3rd charge 5 for going to the beach and I have a partybox encore essential that rocks.

Bought my JBL Charge 5 after owning a Charge 3 for years. It too has the great sound that I'm accustomed to. Can't wait for more wonderful days of tunes.

Absolutely love this speaker. Great, well-rounded bass quality that holds up as volume increases. Mid and treble ranges are great too, really surprised by the crispness and clarity of the sound. Favorite at work and camping speaker! I work in outdoor education and I love being able to throw it on the back of a kayak or on dusty hikes. Generally incredibly impressed considering the price point, the ability to charge my phone as I listen is a huge bonus. You won't regret this purchase!

I bought this because I love the sound of my Flip 6 and needed something a little bigger for the condo. It did not disappoint! Unbelievable clarity on the mids and highs and very impressive low end bass; but still small enough to easily move from room to room. JBL & Harmon own the market on BT speakers IMHO and sound better than Bose, Sony or any others that I listened to!

My JBL Charge 5 has been working great so far and sounds great. But I had a JBL Charge 4 that is almost brand new looking and it worked perfectly for 2 years and then one day it connected to my Bluetooth played for 5 seconds and will not turn on anymore. So JBL gave me a very good discount with their great customer service.

I’m very satisfied with the speaker so far. It performs as expected. Before buying, I recommend taking a look at it in person and trying it out. The performance comes at the cost of size and weight which makes it suboptimal for carrying frequently. But if you’re doing a presentation, it can really fill a room!

We had a charge 3 that we loved which broke after falling into a hot tub. The Charge 5 is way better at providing much louder and better quality sound. It also will charge our phones quickly and without loosing much of it's own battery. Very happy with it.
