Roasty Toe-sies.

Toe warmers??? Who knew that that was even a thing. Well, they are a thing and a very good one at that. I tend to get cold feet while hiking -- these things are MUCH better that having to stuff "hand warmers" into my shoes or socks. They stick to the top of the socks (by the toes) and they stay stuck until I take them off. My style is to wear a very light warm sock next to my skin, then a very heavy wool sock (usually something from DarnTough) on top of that.

Don't work

Unfortunately found these quite lacking on a very cold night. Wish REI would bring back Grabber warmer products. They don't have the fancy marketing and eco packaging, but they work.

did not work

I bought these toe warmers for my family and I to use while visiting New York City during Christmas. Myself, my nephew, and my niece all wore them and each of us agreed they were useless. Not only did they not keep your toes warm they made the shoes uncomfortable to wear. On a day that was about 28°F my niece wore them in her shoes and was in so much pain We were fearful She was getting frostbite because of how cold her toes were. These warmers literally did nothing to help her. I would definitely not recommend these.

Trek and sleep well

These toe warmers got me through some cold nights and days on Everest and Kilimanjaro by providing moderate warmth that was just enough comfort while trekking or sleeping.
