Best Value in Category - Better than Jackery

Originally bought a Jackery 300 and returned it for this. This thing is a beast. Regulated 12V. Charging capacity limiter (protects lifetime of battery). Multiple charging speeds. Solar works well. Inverter is rock solid - ran full size two door fridge no problem. Flashlight is bright. 100w USB-C charger is phenomenal. Charging time was as advertised - though I use the slower charging mode to extend the life of the batteries. You might see some negative reviews of this online, but those were for the “Beta” unit with teal color.

wow. I am extremely disappointed. purchased this for our road trip. it takes for ever to charge. but when you want to use it, the battery drains, and goes from 100% to 0% in minutes. does not matter what you're using it for. couldn't even get a full charge on my phone let alone use it for anything else.

Best Product on the Market!

This is my third EcoFlow River. I use them for a solar generator and a back up for my audio/video recording studio. Honestly, I only need on for each activity. Recently, We had a power outage. I was able to keep my refrigerator and freezer powered with one EchoFlow River while the other EchoFlow River kept me working editing video for a client. Fortunately, I purchased the extra battery which gave me extra power to the units. I just purchased another EchoFlow River as a computer backup and free up another unit for other purposes. Great product and great deals on the unit!

Fast shipping and great product. It's exactly what I wanted and then some. Good size and not too heavy. Nice design and great functions. Also the app that goes along with using this device is amazing. Would recommend this to everyone looking for piece of mind when the power goes out. Excellent product.

Great for two nights of CPAP use

I took this battery camping and had a great time using my CPAP. I did use a 12 volt converter and skipped the humidifier in order to conserve more power. I used it for two 8 hour nights of sleep, charging my phone three times, and blowing up the air mattress twice before it hit 0. I wanted to be specific because I’m not sure what the other reviewer was using it for. The quick recharge feature is amazing and is vital for road tripping. I can plug it in at a restaurant and be ready by the time I’m done eating. Other competitors can take 5-6 hours to charge, which is sucks up a whole day when I’m on the road. It is heavy so I won’t be backpacking with it. But I’m a car camper anyway. Huge piece of mind for power outages too.

This item is worth the money

One of your managers gave a good suggestion about this item. She was very polite and helpful with answering my questions about it. I bought one and I really like it. It works very well especially when I have a night market and need electricity for my lights and fan. Not all market properties can provide electricity. This power bank works great for that.

Ruined $100 worth food

I had high hopes for this product, so I purchased the Eco Flow river to power my dometic fx3 35 for an over night trip. I plugged in my dometic fridge to the 12v outlet and it felt a little large for a standard plug. Well when I checked my fridge in the morning, it was off and all my food was warm. I looked at the eco flow and the power was at 99%, which told me it didn’t use any power. I tapped the 12v wire and it turned the fridge back on, so I tapped it again and it turned off. So the the hole for the 12v adapter is too large and allows the cable to come loose and lose connection, shutting off my fridge, luckily I always pack dry food incase of an emergency. When got home I ran a few more test and confirmed my suspicion, so back to REI it went and $100 worth of food went to the trash. If you purchase this product, make sure the cable doesn’t lose connection to power and don’t move it.

Great for emergency power.

I have used this as backup power in a storm and when we traveled across country this past summer. With the added extra battery pack it doubles it's power load. Great back up power.
