Listed as class 3 but was given a class 1 bike (motor cuts out at 20mph instead of 28mph). Ultimately just an incorrect product description and REI employees were super helpful, but it was a pain and took several days of calls and taking the bike back to REIs shop twice to get to the bottom of why I’d received a Class 1 bike. REI isn’t able to provide the Class 3 version, but if you’re ok with the 20mph cutoff it’s a nice bike.
Best bike ever have. comfortable ride, exceptional handling excellent on the road and nice on dirt
This is not a class 3 ebike. The electric assist cuts out at around 19 mph, instead of the 28 mph advertised. It's a pretty cool bike, but it's far less useful as a class 1.
What pedals do you all have installed in this bike? Thanks.
