The best customer service. The boot runs way small (I'm usually an 8 and reordered a 9.5 in a size 10). Definitely comfortable, though, and worth the money. Also, definitely become an REI member! They are so helpful when you need anything.

One boot is Painful

One of the boots digs into the back of my leg so bad that I have a scar from the rubbing and blistering. Its is not rubbing behind the ankle like where a shoe would normally rub, its where the boot indents inward above just the ankle. Poor design. Its painful everytime I put them on. I kept hoping “breaking then in” would work.
